    My thoughts also CO will look at how many divorces there are religious differences but income and quality time together are the important issues (in our Morocco experience, it isn't normal for a man to marry a widow-like me /there are a lot of widows in Moroc that stay unmarried)

    What does 221g yellow slip mean? The U.S. issues the yellow slip to a visa applicant when the consulate needs additional time to review the documents. The USCIS does not explicitly state how much longer your application would take. In most cases, your documents just need more time to be validated by the officials.Jan 16, 2023

    without knowing what embassy will interview,, its hard for VJ members to advise on availability to schedule your K1 interview u may have to cancel the wedding plans as October is only 2 months away

    on your I 130 did u indicate a local US office instead of foreign country? if so u must pay a fee and file form to correct it as it appears to USCIS someone is living in USA and trying to adjust status expensive mistake

    most allow the visa holder to go to USC line when the USC is with them MIL came on tourist visa and my USC husband took her to USC line with him

    Rather than tell them and maybe you tell the wrong line and they get embarrassed by CBP telling they are in the wrong line, why not tell them to find the agents that are there to direct them properly to the right line every large airport has agents to assist when the international flights come in The lines for non US citizens are the ones with multiple language speakers

    you are overthinking this people move especially if renting apartment and don't own it or house just put current address and a good email as after the I 791 receipt, all correspondence will come to email u can have US address that you will live in for the receipt as u will be needing to provide proof of US residency to NVC later in the process

    marketing needs a degree study in Germany and after getting the necessary degree(s) apply for a job here (like with VW) OR F1 to study here real estate licence requires classes and permit to work but not eligible for F1 study immigration attorney will be no help at this stage as u r young with no special degrees or skills/at this point there is no visa available for "wanting to come to US" apply in your chosen field to US college and get an I 20 to apply for F1 student visa marketing would fall under BS for a Business degree

    What is the relationship between the 2? Are the parents of both related? Marrying in Morocco will not help in this case as it is still not recognized by Ohio law so a spouse visa would also be denied can the petitioner move to a state where its legal? Before going any further what other red flags are there like big age difference and how did petitioner come to the US? if that was by being a beneficary of a US petitioner , it may be harder to overcome in casa embassy

    USC is not allowed into the embassy but CO will (more than likely) ask "when was last time spouse visited?" and the person can say "spouse is here now /outside waiting it's good to be there for moral support and good to embassy to see multiple trips and quality time together allah yekbel

    First, file Form AR-11 via mail or online for your USCIS change of address. Second, change your address on any recently approved or pending applications through the USCIS website or by phone at 1-800-375-5283. So sorry you are still waiting allah yessir
