Why cause you can start the process now Some countries are on lockdown so you can’t even see your fiancé in some countries require you to stay a certain amount of time to get married everybody doesn’t have that type of vacation time off of work and everybody circumstance is different

I agree No one knew that we’d be in a pandemic and sometimes marriage cost another trip and you have to stay in the country for a certain amount of time which many of us do not have the time off of work and other responsibilitiesNo one knew that we’d be in a pandemic and sometimes marriage cost another trip and you have to stay in the country for a certain amount of time which many of us do not have the time off of work and other responsibilities

To make a long story short my company I used to work for capitalized on the pandemic and I lost my job because of It they did they Had to pay 60 days of warn pay that ends next week So basically I am unemployed I got my severance and I have more than enough in my checking and savings account then the poverty level to support my fiancé for the next year or two Obviously I’m looking for a job and her interview is probably still a couple months away Cause of covid is this going to be a big problem for the Form I-134, Affidavit of Support Or will they be more worried about what I have in my bank account now and I’m getting unemployment but that’s not counted as income thx

Hey all,
I've been trying to find a sub on here that talks about the average days between NOA2 and getting the k1 visa. In other words, how many days (on average) after NOA2, fiance's are allowed to fly into USA. I've seen some estimated timelines for all the steps but am looking for an estimation for the whole process.
Thanks!
Ya this year is tough my stuff is still nvc since May 3 I have a case number but still has not been sent over to Manila but some stuff is opening up june 1 with embassy to follow hopefully shortly after. I heard Manila is pretty fast on the interview stage but covid Definitely threw a wrench into that

Hello everyone i have a question.
Do you think its okay to make an interview schedule while Manila is in lockdown? or make an appointment after? lockdown was extended until May 31st. I dont want to keep rescheduling because u can only make it twice, i hope by july or august they accept interviews.
Can you even schedule an interview at this time ? We are waiting until lock down is over to gather the appropriate documents. Thx stay safe

Manila US Embassy states that a scanned copy of the signed I-134 is fine, if you don't have the original.
i understand what the i-134 is but i never sent one in my original petition so there is no original. I included my past (3 years) W-2 and some bank account information. Should i be filling a i-134 out now i am confused sorry cause what i am reading that goes to the uscis?

I made multiple copies of my petition i was under the impression I should send my fiancé basically a copy of everything I sent. I was reading some guide lines that they don’t recommend sending anything by mail but I think it would look good for her interview when the time comes? It would be going to Manila from the United States . My original copy will still in the US correct? Sorry for all the questions thanks stay safe
