The wait is over, we finally have the green card! Time to go for a vacation. We're thinking Italy... Or maybe China?

I didn't have to add our case. Once I verified my wife's identity, the IOE case appeared in the list automatically. We didn't have to mail anything in, identity verification was done online.

I just received the "Documentarily Qualified" email, our application was reviewed and approved in 3 days.

Not sure if it matters, but I submitted everything but a single document (police certificate from Spain) on August 17. On September 17 I uploaded the missing certificate and submitted Civil Documents - everything else was already submitted. There's a chance they reviewed our case based on August 17 date.

Thank you, all! I was surprised that it was reviewed so fast. I uploaded everything shortly after we got our NVC number on 8/15. But we were missing a police certificate from Spain, which was a real pain to get. We finally received it on 9/17 and I immediately uploaded it. I was expecting to wait 4-6 weeks, so I was really surprised that we got DQ'ed today.
 
Hopefully they'll assign our interview date as quickly:)

Got approval notice via mail today - NOA2 July 3.
