Maybe you should email USCIS too. Shouldn't they be the one to extend NOA 2 since they issued the it? 
 
What if the embassy says they'll extend it and then it turns out, it's beyond their power to do so. It seems like you can't trust the embassy too.

Why even bother asking here? The answers you'll get on here are all "as far as I know" knowledge even if the commenters don't explicitly say so. It's based on their experiences, on what other people they know have experienced.

The supporting documents (evidence of bona fide relationship) isn't required until the AOS interview stage.  The only requirement for AOS filing  is the marriage certificate. But some swear by front loading.

No problem. Just keep trying, we panicked when it didn't work right away thinking something was wrong. It'll eventually work. Do note that the scheduling website will lock you out if you keep changing your interview appointment. We got locked out just because we kept clicking on different dates (according to some, your supposed to only get locked out if you confirm appointment and change it but we didn't even do that. And we weren't given a warning message either, like others have received.) Good luck!

There is a step by step guide for getting a SS number in the Immigration Guide of the VJ home page . Print the regulations and take them when you apply . 

The printout of their own regulations will educate any  SS employee that a K1 visa holder can have a SS number .Some of the offices are not familiar with their own rules ,but having the printout with you will convince them 

You'll know when you enter receipt # when you try to schedule your interview. If it works, it's activated. If not, wait a few more hours. Ours took 24 hours even though it was supposed to be after 4 hours. I don't know how they clear the payment... So since it's Saturday, it may take a little longer

It'd be helpful if you post the rfe letter itself. Personal statements/affidavits are not the best evidence. We'd be able to advise you better if we know what USCIS is asking for exactly.

Do they assign the time slot (am/pm)? We're trying to schedule cfo next week but we're only able to select the date not the session.

Take note of your date of appointment. Go to CFO-Manila or CFO-Cebu on the confirmed date at least an hour and a half before appointment and bring the complete set of required documents.

Haste makes waste, I'm sure you have heard that! Immigration preparations whether K1, Cr1 AOS can't  be rushed, if you do your bound to get into trouble,  but I do understand  what you are saying. Relax while you can trust me there will be time to get busy, I'll be here with you!!!!!

They changed the NBI to one form maybe a year or two ago (I lose track on that), use to be a green and a yellow form, the yellow was for employment.
 
Have your fiancee make a copy of the CENOMAR for CFO  ... embassy will keep the original and CFO is good with a copy.

Yea, my fiance thought she had to get a new one again, with one purpose as CFO and one as USEM. Apparently the nbi clearance used to ask for purpose as well and it used to depend on it what you pay. Smh
Status is at nvc. We just got it yesterday, I don't know if we'll make the shipment next week ?
 
We'd love to interview next month but with all the Filipino festivities  I don't know if we'll be able too

Your fiancee should be just fine with the November dated CENOMAR..   Most times the embassy likes the CENOMAR to not be over 6 months old, so you should be just fine.   Doesn't really matter as to the purpose for the CENOMAR  .. the forms are all the same, so it is silly to have a "purpose"  .. but then it is the Philippines.    
 
You received your MNL # ?      What is your CEAC status?  If it shows READY you could easily be done with the interview before the end of December.

We received email with letter dated 15/11/2019 when they shipped the case to embassy in UAE, they mentioned the following:
 
The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy
or Consulate in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Please note that the transfer process can take several
weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to
process his or her petition.

Next steps:
Go to our website http://nvc.state.gov/k1 to learn how to apply for a K visa and prepare for the visa
interview.
 
and below this was our case number details and other information. 
we started tracking and on 15th the online tracking shows its ready, now we are waiting for the P3 letter to schedule the interview.

I asked the first woman "to be recieved?" she said "yes can take up to up to 6 weeks to recieved." This response just didn't set right with me, Which is why I called back tonight. Glad I did.
 
Not sure if it makes a difference, the first time i called this morning I called the immigrant visa number. Tonight I called the nonimmigrant visa number.

Case number is what is assigned by NVC to your file. The invoice number is a number used internally and you will NEVER be asked for it.
