I thought about that, any idea how to get her Spanish birth certificate translated?  I was thinking of using Google Translate...

I'm a retired Federal Government employee and did include a copy of my annuity from the Office of Personal Management.  So my pay is automatic...I hope that is enough...Thanks for the response...
