Depending on your USCIS service center, it can take 6-8 weeks (average time) to receive the Case Creation email from NVC.

We have a community of Mumbai applicants that have shared their timeline and report when they receive IL. I’ve been tracking this for the last 6 months, almost 7

Current wait time is average of 3-4 months. They’re currently working on September DQ dates. We have a Telegram group (currently ~150 members) waiting and a timeline specific to Mumbai. If you’d like to follow with us, PM me for the link.

They schedule twice a month in bulk for Mumbai. Some receive randomly within those bulk ILs. It can be 3-4 months from DQ to receive IL

India is reporting ILs this morning (also yesterday morning). July and August still not fully clear. Hopefully more next week

Hey! I received good news this morning, I received my IL for December 16 in San Salvador! It took exactly 2 months and 15 days from DQ email.

Omg My wife wakes me up at 4 AM and I still cannot sleep from the All  excitement. We got out Interview Letter for Her in Yaoundé, Cameroon 🇨🇲 🙃🙃🙃🙃. I wish everyone the the same opportunity to enjoy another milestone like us as well, as your time is coming very soon as well. I see more IL coming in 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I come bearing good news...got my IL this morning. Dec 9th is the date. DQ was October 28th. We had 2 re-submissions we could have been DQ before if not for the small issues. Anyways just happy.  Now time to prepare. 
All the best to those still waiting, keep the faith, keep praying. I have been praying for everyone waiting and will continue to.

Finally!!!!! IL received this morning.  Interview is scheduled for December 12th, 8:30am!! I get to see my husband (not on video call) after 13 months!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hello everyone, just wanted to inform that I just received my interview date today. My interview date is on December 18th 2019 and very excited after such a long wait.

DQ was October 3rd and IL letter received 7th November!!!!!!

Hi guys, had my interview for IR2 this Monday and the Visa was approved. I have shared my Visa experience in https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/723746-ir2-visa-interview-experience-mumbai/ as I thought it would be helpful for other IR2 applicants since I had only very little idea on what I can expect during the interview because of lack of "Interview experience" sharing by the previous IR2 applicants. Hope other people too put up their interview questions in the future.

having been a silent watcher of these forums for a while and taken a lot of advice and Kept up my hope/optimism along the way, I finally received our IL yesterday (7th Dec)... DQ was 3rd Nov
 
interview is at London embassy on 10th Dec and it can’t come quick enough
 
arranged medicals yesterday for 27th nov to give plenty of time to get results across 
 
feels so good to arrange all the small details and like it’s moving along finally 
 
as we all know it’s an incredibly frustrating experience but trust in the system and we will all get there , the light at the end of the tunnel is near!! Hoping to be in the US for Christmas!

Although, doesn't look like we will see an interview date at Montreal for few more months.
