JanettRod got a reaction from Crazy Cat in COVID19 requirement
I’m very glad for that. Thank you for sharing.
He got vaccinated yesterday since we are short on time. Interview is Nov 22. The pfizer I believe is a two dose.

Thank you so much for your kind words. My family and I appreciate it Very much. Like many others, it’s been an emotional roller coaster. But we are very grateful with this approval.
I simply hope and pray when we’re there for the interview everything goes as hoped.
Correct. ☺️

JanettRod got a reaction from Dalila Gonzalez in Expediting question...
Thank you. I’ll try, what’s the worse that can happen? They’ll just say no but at least we tried.
Yes, I totally understand. Let’s hope we hear something soon.

JanettRod got a reaction from Marthaeu in Expediting question...
Hello everyone. How everyone is doing well during these unprecedented times. I do have a question to ask.
I was wondering if my husband will qualify for expediting his interview. He is supposed to interview in Ciudad Juarez, our cc was exactly 1 year ago this month and we have yet to received any type of notice, And with this pandemic it has delayed many things for us and many.
Now, My husband was recently diagnosed with a rare kidney disease, I would love to see if this will expedite him to get his interview sooner as he’s closely monitoring by his specialist.
Please let me know your thoughts
thanks in advance.

JanettRod got a reaction from cc13 in TAX returns
I am so confused. I’ll just send in transcripts and W2 for both of us.

JanettRod reacted to NikLR in DS260 QUESTION, AGAIN.
I assume you mean an I-601a not an I-601? He entered without inspection correct?
In aggregate means in total. The answer to this question is yes. He has been illegally present in the USA for more than 1 year.
~~moved to IR1/CR1 process and procedures from DCF. OP is not doing direct consular filing~~

JanettRod reacted to Lil bear in No attorney, filing on our own. AOS & DS260
Most of us on vj will have completed these forms without a lawyer. You would be supplying them with all the information anyway .. so that’s the hard work !
The Ds260 is long , and some parts require really good preparation .. such as all residential addresses since you were 16, but if you work methodically and make sure you read read and reread the instructions , you can do it ! Likewise the AOS form.
The following link is the best one I found when we were going out IR applications
https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/after-petition-approved/begin-nat-visa-center.html
Read thoroughly .. follow all the links .. go through all the steps as many times as you need to for the process to become clear .. look st the example forms .. especially the DS260 example .. find the firms needed and print them off , as well as the instructions for each one .. gather your information .. and go for it.
Come back and ask questions as you go .. look for the NVC forum and that’s the stage you are at, and you’ll get the best answers there !
Good luck !
