that is my assumption too. we put in the passport number, and made the payment. then, the old ds160 number pops up on the interview confirmation page

Thanks for the update. I reported the technical issue about 25 minutes ago. and now it is working. Got a case update. Great! 

I got my NOA2. Getting ready for the next steps. 
 
One question: Is form G325a needed to be filed?

OK OK we are trying! every time my phone goes off, it makes my heart skip 3 beats! I've been getting a ton of notifications from the 2 different apps the past couple days, and yesterday I tried to check and the app said it couldn't find my file! then waited about 10 minutes and it had no problem doing so....? still says the same thing..."we received your file.bla bla bla." This anticipation is wearing me out! but please keep sending those Good Vibes!!!! Ren and I really appreciate that!

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.
