Everything you said here! One of the things not mentioned during the Last Resort by Kalani is something she dropped on her IG. (No, I don't follow her on there but I do read the subreddit for 90Day because... reasons.) TW for SA.
 
Kalani said Asuelu held her down and forced her to have sez. This assault, she says, resulted in her second child. This was not the only time he assaulted her. But I guess she felt she had to stay with him for the sake of the kids, even though he was an admitted cheater and (allegedly) assaulted her. Just papering over and papering over and hoping for the best in the face of absolute wretchedness.
 
I'm glad she got out. We can laugh at how ridiculous a lot of these people are, but some of them have real problems. I hope Kalani has fun with her boy toy and then takes some time to heal on her own.

I think Jovi and Yara will stay together, but they definitely need counseling for their issues. Off topic I saw their Halloween costumes with Mylah they were awesome.
My opinion Liz just needs to throw in the towel on Big Ed. He claims he's changing but he's not, he made a remark last week when she walked away like he always does.
Kalani and Asuelo mismatched from the beginning. He was a vacation romance and she ended up pregnant. But she really thought they would be able to make it I think. Once he got here the cultural differences were glaring.  Even though Kalani is half Samoan. I get she wanted to stay a family because of the boys. 
Angela brought divorce papers, and she's not going to serve them on Michael. She needs to keep that little thread connection to TLC. But I don't know if he's ever going to get a visa to the United States so they're basically a non-story. 
 
Yohan and Danielle, disaster from the get go. She made him promises which she didn't intend to keep. He is listening to his friends and all their stories from marrying Americans. He is very machismo.  And she continually insults his manhood. Like when she said that he was going to be her wife etc. And she's very independent and opinionated, yes she needs to go back to America. 
Sarper 🤮 I can't even stand looking at him. Shekinah is delusional and is going to end up heartbroken.
 
Nikki and Justin ugh. It's so scripted and uncomfortable to watch. And when they were at the park and she said let's go make a baby 🤣
Rob and Sophie are on two different pages. I think she'll be going back to England.
Angela and Manuel, She drives me crazy calling him mi vida all the time. I think he's here to support his family and not for the reasons she hopes.

You missed that he has a partner too...3 women in total. 
 
There's something that triggered CBP interest. A lot of poor people come to US for children/ sibling graduation and go back. So, there's something to this story that isn't being told. 

Girlfriend in the US posting about boyfriend's turnaround - boyfriend who doesn't seem to hold a job (200 weekly from whom?) and has a WIFE back in Australia? A group of people took collection for his flights and accommodations? 
 
What was his real reason to coming to the US? Doesn't sound like tourism in this instance.
 
No wonder he was turned around. 

The posts says he had one ('US issued visa'). It's possible the person that posted is confused and doesn't understand the VWP of course.
 
OP, sorry to be blunt but there's no point in taking 'this as high as possible'. Bottom line is he can be refused entry for any reason, he has no right of entry unfortunately. It isn't likely to be the just lack of money itself that meant he was refused entry, but also the reasons why he didn't have much money. Does he not have a job? That would mean he's trying to enter with a USC girlfriend and missing a strong reason to return to Oz. The only thing he can do is reapply again when he has more funds, and more ties to Australia.

I don't think this is a typical scenario. USCIS may be confused and suspect marriage fraud. At the same time, if current your marriage is not going to survive:
1) Divorce
2) File I-751 with divorce waiver

When my now husband was my fiance, and we lived half a planet away from each other, we made the best of the time apart. We dated, using Google Earth to find destinations where we could "meet" and explore together. We've "travelled" to so many places, together! We had dinner/breakfast dates, wrote a song together. You can play games, and watch movies. You can read books, together.. The "happily ever after" is so worth the wait!

Unfortunately, this process can take even up to 2 years until you can be together. There's nothing you can do except wait and communicate with your partner constantly in order to shoulder this weight together.
My fiance is the one for me so I would gladly wait to go to him as long as it took.  What are 2 years compared to hopefully a lifetime of happiness?

Get them what they want if you want the K-1 visa. Original documents are always required for interview and she should've had that with her at the interview - they return the originals back after they make a copy. That's for your divorce decrees.
