So heartbreaking for those trying to get K1s. Embassies are using the ban as an excuse to not process. 

Your wife needs to apply for the CR1 visa and she can ask to have it expedited
but any officer that looks at the case will question why she particularly needs you to care for her or do housework
she should have a nurse or home health aide and family to see her thru this
and they will wonder about her illness and is this long term / trying to prove someone is so sick they need you to care for them can backfire 
How was she able to travel to Morocco and Marry if she was so sick she needed dialysis / that what i would be asking
there are so many things you have to prove to get a visa from Casa embassy / like multiple visits and lots of time spent together / how will she come again to spend more time?
is there a  big age difference as that goes against the visa approval
can she have children/???
is she the same religion as you?
did you marry the 1st time she came to meet you?
If she needs this treatment,   what is she relying on income wise to have the support for u?
you need to worry about all the above
as even if she could get the interview expedited,  you could be denied for any one of the other issues
 
i pray for her to have chances for a recovery 
no one gets a visa in 4 months / not from Morocco

Immigration does not care about adultery.  They only care about marriage fraud.  Whom ever starts the divorce process is irrelevant.  I know that it is painful what you are going thorough, it will work in your favor by getting the divorce.  It will be up to him to prove bonafide/good faith marriage.

You send a copy of your benefits letter from VA to provide evidence of your income.   You write a letter explaining your income isn't taxable, thus no tax return.

A note for others.  Not required to PAY taxes is not the same as not required to file a tax return.  In your case, both apply because your only income is tax free.

Nonsense.  He has no tax return because he is not required to file one.  The affidavit of support is what indicates the relative/beneficiary will not become a pubic charge.
 
In this situation, he can just hand write in the tax section "Not Required to File".  Then state and document his current tax free income sources with copies of award letter or letters.
 
A side note:  Many confuse the terms tax return and tax refund, calling their tax refund a tax return.  I've done it too.  The OP doesn't file a tax return, so would also not have a tax refund.  (Not a tax professional, but people who pay no taxes do get tax refunds.  Not sure if that can possibly apply in this kind of situation.)

For taxes, you send an explanation as to why you haven't filed (assuming you weren't required to)....For proof of income, you send a copy of your VA awards letter to show income.

Do you file taxes at all? If you do, send them your most recent transcript. If not, send them proof from the IRS that you have no filed 2018 / 2019 return with an explanation why you have no return.

You were supposed to get additional instructions after your NOA1 in a separate letter. on how to sign up for a MyUSCIS account, on that letter it has a code to add your petition to your account to track it. 

 

IOE receipt numbers are not trackable.

My wife got denied today. I wasnt surprised though. Thought we should give it a shot to see if my wife can be here for 10 days for us to celebrate her 30th birthday together. We still in the process so nothing lost.

CO: How did your husband got to the US? Was it through sch, work etc?

Our pettiton has been approved and at the NVC stage. My spouse has applied for a B2 visa. Her visa appointment is on June 19th. Nothing to lose. Juat waiting to see the outcome of it.

You can, but expect your chances for denial to be increased since you already have an intent to immigrate, and that is a common reason for denial for a tourist visa.  You must currently have strong ties to your home country in order to be eligible for a tourist visa, so gather plenty of evidence that you will have reason to return home before your visa expires.

chances of a tourist visa for someone from Ghana are slim but as married to a USC more than likely not a chance

You have nothing at risk, but the $160.00......There will be no effect on the immigrant visa.

You can always apply for a visitor's visa even if you have a petition for you in the works. The chances of getting the visitor's visa is very low but the only way to know for sure is to apply and find out.
