I see ! ... what if my family comes visits me for 6 months or so on their visitor visa, like they usually do every year. Can I apply for their form I 130 maybe even a combined form I-130/I-485 while they are here ?

Hello VJ friends, hope you are all having a wonderful day. I just got naturalized yesterday. Now I am interested in bringing my family from Egypt to USA. I have a mother and a brother. My dad passed away. I was wondering what is the fastest way to bring my family from overseas here to USA, I have some questions if some of you friends can help me with:

1- What application do I do for my mom and what Application do I do for my brother.

2- My family have Visitor visa, they visit me once a year. Now that i am citizen can they visit me and stay here and then i apply for AOS ? for my brother and my mother

3- I heard for brother it might take some years, so would it be faster for him to do asylum versus wait for me to apply for him ? maybe he can come on travel visa and then AOS to asylum. i am not sure if that is even possible because i am not that experienced.

That ship has sailed in your case.  The option is to file an I-130 for each of them to apply via consular processing.  No other discussion is even allowed here on Visa Journey.  Good luck.

It means the IV unit has transferred the fil to the NIV unit.  You should also now be able to check ceac status on the nonimmigrant tracker using your ds160 number 

The site is very particular and will lock you out for the slightest reasons especially multiple logins in a short amount of time. You are going to have to call the embassy and wait 2 to 3 days and it will be unlocked. You have to limit your logins and increase the amount of time between logins.

In my case, I just had to wait 2 business days for me to be able to log in again. And no, you don't have to pay fees again. You just need to be patient.  

you have to get an exit paper I am sure your friend told you this, and they have gotten more strict on this, you can't exit Egypt while classes are still in session you are only able to leave on a break, if you do not have the exit paper you will be refused at the airport.

Military:  No big deal - just say the truth.  If it is a problem, it would be another way around .  You can provide what you can only. Education: no issue, many young adults and adult want to continue education for better jobs

You cannot provide what you do not have. The list of documents is a general list and  not everything on the list will pertain for you. 

passing the interview is not your problem it is getting out of Egypt when you are not in an exempt period.
you must have a military paper, that states you are exempt, rightfully you are exempt however you must have this. You are only exempt because you are in school, getting out of Egypt is not going to be easy for you if you are a young adult.
 
you will also need to get a release in order to leave Egypt this is going to be much harder to achieve as once you are able to get out of Egypt you can not return until after the period of which you would need to be in order to be selected.
