Since she is inside the US, she can file adjustment of status.  The I-130 and I-485 packages can be filed concurrently.  However, she will not be able to work or leave the US for 6-8 months,  This is the proper guide to use:

Is this for you or a friend?

I can definitely recommend the Vegas wedding... LOL, I'm the one doing them! Message me if you want and I will send you my contact information. I can get you married with certified marriage certificate in hand in less than a hour. As others have stated I don't charge for members of VJ. Marriage license is about 80 dollars total, and copies of your certified marriage certificate are 20 dollars each roughly ( Since they aren't taking cash for anything right now, they have a 2.5% credit card fee, but even then it only adds a few dollars to the totals above).  Should be able to get married with 2 copies of the marriage certificate for under 130 total. Other than the cost of fuel to get here. I just did a ceremony for a couple a few weeks ago, and civil marriages in California were at least 6 weeks out to get scheduled, and then a 6-8 week wait for the marriage certificate. Way too much time if you're here on a K1. This was in southern California, San Diego and Los Angeles counties. Not sure how things are going in northern California, but it probably isn't too much faster, and by the time you drive up there (if your in southern California) Vegas is closer. Let me know, I'll be happy to help you out.

Your gut is telling you something isn't quite right with this relationship. That's why you're asking internet strangers for opinions on your relationship.

It will be a good idea to do the following:

    - visit him in Morocco and spend time with him in person. See how he lives his daily life. Meet his family.
    - talk about you moving to Morocco and discover what his reaction is. Research the different options for you to immigrate to Morocco, present them to him, and observe his reactions. If he raises concerns about how you're going to earn a living in Morocco, say that you can find a way to do your job remotely (and if you have an office job, you can).

This last option is what I did with my USC fiancé. We wanted to spend more time together before deciding on marriage. I wanted to be sure about his intentions (and vice versa). So he applied for a Philippine visa and came to the Philippines to live with me. This is how we solidified our relationship and confirmed we had genuine intentions (that I wasn't just using him to move to the States, and that he wasn't just in love with whatever he imagined me to be over the internet).

I understand what people here are saying however.... we are not married and won’t be able to until we meet again, we are not in the same country, I’ve researched this well, I just wondered the quickest way to be able to study or work with the visa we have already applied with.

    thanks 🙏

It wouldn't make sense for them to have you complete a new medical if they weren't going to issue you a visa. Why put an applicant through that exercise? Just not productive. Get your medical done and submit your passport. You're on your way to getting a new visa. Safe travels.

Actually not true.  NVC notifies the petitioner when the case ships to the consulate.

two is better than one but more time is needed.

That's too bad.  You are dealing with a consulate that is notoriously difficult.   You need to front load the petition.

You need a long(er) trip.  You need to spend time with the mother.

Hopefully you don't have red flags like age and religion.

Personally I wouldn't do a fiance visa there.  A refusal of a K1 visa isn't appealable.  A denial of a spousal can be reconsidered.

Waiting to file won’t make anything faster. The faster you file, the faster you get your place in line. Also nobody knows what the processing time will be, but unfortunately it’s safe to assume there will be delays.

Not everyone can afford to bring over an immigrant.  If I were in your shoes, I would wait until I had a more stable financial situation to bring over someone you will need to support for 6-9 months.

After entering US on a K1 he can't travel outside until he gets the green card or advanced parole.

Going to another country BEFORE entering US is ok, you can meet up there, have the ceremony and go to the US and get the marriage certificate.

The marriage has to take place in the USA. Once they enter the USA with the K1 the marriage must take place there. Marrying somewhere else before entering the USA with a K1 is committing marriage fraud and is not the purpose of the visa.

The judge ruled that refusing to do the interviews because of travel bans was unlawful and because consulates are moving forward with interviews for other types of visas,  they are capable of processing the Diversity visas as well.  I don't know the strategy for the K1 lawsuit but I imagine those arguments still apply.

I'm pretty sure the consulates/ embassies were just forced by the court to interview for the Diversity Visas.

Congratulations. What a happy moment and a relief I'm sure. They gave her six months on the visa expiration. That's good to hear. Now you can take your time getting her to the US.

Check over the visa to be sure there isn't any spelling errors. If there is contact the Embassy for further instructions. Keep the "do not open" pouch in the plastic and stowed away in her carryon luggage. Luggage does get lost and without the "do not open" packet it will be a difficult problem for her at immigration once she arrives at her POE.

And why exactly would I go out of my way to provide anything to you? Nothing you've posted thus far seems to be in a supportive manner; in fact you often times come across as confrontational.

If you are legitimately concerned with the legal basis of this argument, the attorneys who are interested in our cases are listed in the original posting.  Im not being rude.  I'm responding appropriately to your inquisition and tone in this thread. Don't gaslight me. You're well aware of your own intentions.

This post was to advise people in the same situation as me of an option they have available. I'm not sure how this is in any way applicable to you.

You waited approx 10 months from time of file to time of marriage according to your timeline.  Many of us today are on over a year after file with no idea of when the heck we will ever have a hope of marrying our fiance.

Its these condescending, unsympathetic and "devils advocate" attitudes from people who have been well out of the processes OPs are going though that give VJ forums a bad name.  I've seen and received reply posts from you embodying this exact sentiment.

I’m sure many many people in this board have been separated from their loved ones. However many of us are separated In unprecedented times during a pandemic in which borders and embassies have been closed for months, USCIS has a pending furlough, and the future of immigration is uncertain. I would have expected those who had to go through this separation before would be the most sympathetic towards those of us desperately trying to do something to gain some control of the situation, instead of the constant gatekeeping I see on this forum.

HispanicLover reacted to Greenbaum in What's going on with K-1?
Concisely, embassies are trying to reunite CR1 with their husbands/wives. Other visas that are processing are those for students who need to return to school. K-1 at this point are considered unmarried couples and therefore they will be further down the interviewing stages. Currently, the K-1's that you are seeing approved are those that have been expedited due to an emergency or are marrying a service member that is being transferred from the US to an oversees duty station or their ship is leaving for an extended deployment.

If you are employed where you are living now it's best to stay put and process there as you will only get put to the back of the line and it may take a month or two for your record to be transferred to your new embassy. As far as doing the CR-1 in the place of your K-1 you only get sent to the back of the line, pay new fees, and have to recreate the new forms. Good luck on your decision.
