It's only marginally faster. A CR1 is what you need to do now.
And dont think how will the US find out? They will. And it would very likely result in a permanent ban from ever entering the US.
(A CR1 is a much better Visa anyway)

Myself and my newly husband (U.S citizen ) just did our traditional and court marriage here in Nigeria. But we want a quick process (K 1 visa) . My question is : he can file a K1 visa right, doesn't necessarily mean it's just for finances? Thanks
