  1. no,its not on my application...

Why not? It asks you to list your employment.

Im married, and the business its far away from the state I live...So I didnt mention ab it...

I still don't understand what state your business is in has to do with anything. It's your business, no matter where it's located. Even if it were in another country it would still be your business and you would be earning an income and paying taxes on it.

  2. Can the FBI really solve 80 year old cases with finger prints using the dust method. So why can they store electronically obtained finger prints for three years? 240 bucks and 1,350 miles of driving for the same set of finger prints over that three year period.

Biometrics are done to make sure it's the right person applying for an immigration benefit. It's been known for legal residents to return to their own country and allow a family member to take on their identity. Fingerprinting prevents that.

  3. My NOA1 also has two different numbers in the places you describe, I hadn't noticed that before. I put in the number at the top and it says that they sent out my biometrics notifcation on 3rd May, which I have received. When I put in the number on the bottom left it says that they sent out biometrics notifaction on 6th May. I haven't received that one.

    Weird.

The number bottom left has a $ in place of the * so it's not quite an application number.

  5. Anyone can be called for jury duty, not just US citizens. If you do get called and you're not a US citizen you need to inform the court that do not qualify for jury duty. What you can't do is ignore the summons, which your girlfriend appears to have done.

Having said that I have no idea what will happen to her regarding her immgration status at her court hearing. Does she have a lawyer?
