  1. Same for us! Only I130 got approval from last month. Still no EAD or AP.
  2. I filed I130 online because I don't want to print out all the pictures from our timeline 😂 Then 1 month later I sent my I485 package with I130 receipt of notice. And My I130 was approved this weeks after 2 months. So I think they are 2 different applications and you can file either way, but online is easier because the system receives it immediately. It's my opinion.
  3. Ok so I will check only box 1, then put my mom's info in family member 1, then part 3 number 29 I have to input 2 right? does it conflict with my mom's affidavit?
  4. I agree about part 3 not mention my mom in as family member. The only thing we're stuck is part 5 I don't know where to add my mom in so the total household size is 5. Maybe I just add 1 in number 6 (doesn't matter she is not LPR) so the total can be 5?
  5. Part 3 number 2 it said "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition". That's why I didn't add me mother as family member in my father's affidavit of support. 😫
  6. I agree the total should be 5 but if I fill number 6 is 0 then the total I count on the form is only 4. The whole thing is so confused 🥲
  7. Yes himself, his wife, his kid and my parents but he fill 2 different form I864 for my parents and we're stuck at Part 5 we don't know should we put 1 in number 6 because both my parents are not LPR yet.
  8. Thank you but I'm confused because it said "if you have sponsored any other persons on form I864 or I864EZ who are now lawful permanent residents" but both my parents are not LPR. What should I put in here? ☹️
  9. Hi everyone, if my brother is sponsoring both my parents at the same time but in 2 different application. in form I-864 part 5, number 6 (person that you have sponsored in form I864) does he needs to count 1 for my mother in my father's application and 1 for my father in my mother's application? Thank you for your help.
  10. Hi everyone, my brother is applying for IR5 visa to bring my parents here. Their I130 was approved, my brother is filling form I864, his tax return is filled jointly with his wife and their household size is 3, total income is around $40k. So he has a co-sign sponsor but the co-sign sponsor is co-signing for another case, her income is around $60k and her tax return is filled jointly with her husband (he's retired). is the co-sign sponsor qualified to co-sign for 2 more people? Does my brother's wife need to fill form I864A? We appreciate for your help!
  11. I stayed up until 3am to start the live chat with them since I live in Hawaii, people said there is no waiting line if you start early around 8-9am EST. I connected immediately with a live agent, I told her I would like to have my online access code, she asked my information then gave the code for me. First try worked well! I changed my biometrics appointment to the next day and 5 days later I received the letter from them.
  12. Hi @JaredShadkin how did you get online access codes via Emma? I tried but she couldn't answer my question I'm a February filer too Filed: Feb 5, 2024 Delivered: Feb 8, 2024 Case received: Feb 9, 2024 NOA-1: Feb 14, 2024 - Arrived by mail: Feb 20, 2024 Text confirmation: Feb 15, 2024 Biometrics appointment was scheduled: Feb 16, 2024
  13. Hi everyone, My husband and I used to applied for K1 visa in 2015, I passed the immigration medical exam in my home country and had vaccination record. My K1 visa was approved but we didn't get married at that time until now. I entered the US with my B2 visa, we got married and I'm going to apply for AOS. My question is do I need to finish form I-693? I only have vaccination record because at I submitted my medical result at the US customs when I entered the US by my K1 visa. Thank you!
