Greetings everyone,
my case has moved to case complete on April 23, 2019 for IR1 (Ciudad Juarez) priority date 11-22-2016. Question I Filed the affidavit of support being the sponsor for my husband the poverty guideline shows:
Household of 4 = 32,187
and i barley made it, i made 32,200 for TY2018
concerned if there will be any problems, like being denied (public charges) since i barley made enough??
First of all congrats on your case thats moving along, as for me Im still stuck on the first step, which is waiting for my I-130 approval which I submitted on March 20, 2018. But question, if my husband was making good money when he was here, which is way over the poverty guideline, but now since he has been deported, well that count towards our case since I alone make about less or about the poverty guideline. I do have our taxes when we filed when he was here. Please any advice, thank you!

My husband got deported on April 2018 but he was given a parole to come back and complete his immigration proceedings but instead immigration processed him to a detention center in which he spend almost 6 months and he was deported back on March 21. But he was given a parole and I believe that counts towards his immigration case whenever he applies for his residency. Hopefully we get answer soon. 😏🙁🙁🙁🙏🙏🙏
Oh my goodness, well hopefully our cases be seen soon and give us an answer. So I believe our cases maybe be delayed because both were in detention centers? Could be the reason, but anyways just gotta keep our heads up🙏

I’m still waiting for my I-130 to be completed. Is still pending 404 days! Anyone here same as me waiting 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁
Same here, my I 130 was sent on March 20, 2018, my husband had a voluntary departure on his last immigration proceedings on April 2018. So its been a year waiting on a response...

Regi84, I feel for you, Im also on the same boat as you. I havent gotten an answer for my I-130 petition submitted on March 20, 2018. Still no answer, I submitted an Outside Processing Time, only thing I got was an email that it was still pending and to hear from them in about 160 days, which is 6 more months. Its hard being a single mom and 2 kids, I need my husband back😭

I think our cases are very similar. My wife is the petitioner and I’m obviously the beneficiary. I’m currently living in Mexico and my wife has been down here with me for about a month or so but when we applied for I-130 back in September 2018, our lawyer told us that prior to the application being approved she might have to go through an interview at our local office in PA to show a bona fide marriage and the reason for the is because we got married while I was in deportation proceedings. However I did not get deported, I had a voluntary departure.
Oh, wow my husband as well had a voluntary departure, according to our lawyer that was his best bet. But my I 130 filed in March 2018 is still pending, it has been a year already.

No question, just frustration at the waiting game, and I know everyone has to do it but still thought I'd share my current status and maybe someone else has been through something similar in regards to timeline:
PD: 03/28/2018
Approved on 11/26/2018
NVC received on 12/07/2018
NVC case # received on 01/26/2019
Documents submitted on 02/23/2019 as well as spouse's DS260, the requested the UK police certificate in addition to my spouse's home country's. We had to wait for the UK one.
03/08/2019- proof of relationship with household member they told me to re-upload in the correct direction & rejected my i864 saying it was too hard to read, re-uploaded everything that day.
03/11/2019- uploaded UK police certificate
03/20/2019- accepted ALL documents except my spouse's birth certificate (too hard to read)
03/21/2019- uploaded better version of the birth certificate
And it's been a waiting game since then... don't even know what timeline to follow, I was hoping they could review the last document and accept/CC within this week but no such luck. Sigh.
Just stressed that it's already April and no sign of an interview. I graduate with my MS in May and really wanted my husband to be there with me....but at this point not too sure.
What are you stress about, I mean your so fall along, look at me I filed for my husband on March 20, 2018 and I still have note recieved an approval for my I-130 yet....so yeah, just be patient everything well be good. I have to be patient just for my I-130, its been a year. You got it good, no need to worry.

I'm here with you...
Hi, Mr&MrsGomes, so you as well your application is pending? I wonder why our cases is taking USCIS too long to get an answer. Ours got sent to Nebraska. Could it be because he was in jail, and then transferred to immigration, but then I got him out with bond. Final immigration court proceedings he signed for voluntary departure on August 20, 2018.

Almost everyone on this particular thread has received their I-130 approval. Can you complete your timeline so we can give you appropriate advice? Have you reached out to your senators?
Hi, Nastra30, yes I've already completed my timeline just now. Yes I've reached out to USCIS on Feb. 14 and yesterday I recieved an email stating its still pending and within 180 days I should get an answer. I think its way too long, Im getting discouraged.

My PD was 3-26 and I was approved on 11/30 At Nebraska. I would submit an inquiry on USCIS website. That is way outside of their normal processing. Well I guess it depends on which service center your at
Oh wow, that was fast for you. My application as well went to Nebraska. I also submitted Outside Normal Processing on Feb. 14 and recieved an answer yesterday that its still pending and within 180 days to get an answer. I wonder why my petition is taking way too long.

Hello everyone, Im new here, question. Has anybody recieved thier approval yet for I-130, I've also submitted my petition on March 20, 2018 and still pending.

Hi Sarah G, Im also in the same dilemma. My I-130 petition was filed on March 20, 2018. I also had an address change on September 2018. Im still awaiting my approval. I sent an Outside Processing Time form and yesterday February 25, USCIS sent an email that my petition is still pending. I cant believe its almost going to be a year and no answer yet. I-130 application is in Nebraska as well.
