Had a tier 2 agent call us back. Begged to be rescheduled. Brought up court case where special dispensation was made. Says there's nothing he can do. Then he says wait a minute...
 
You just got scheduled for 8/24.

I still hope USCIS gets sued (haha yeah right) to hell for putting people out of work for months. This is the worst government agency i've ever dealt with and that includes the IRS and Code Enforcement.
 
Now I wonder how long from when we have appointment to card in hand. We have a wedding in Mexico ...

Hello Everyone, i was finally able to get a Case inquiry submitted (if it even does anything?) about my RFE response that’s been sitting there under their desk for 62 days.
 
I also asked again with a different Tier 1 if they could look into and follow up my EAD/AP too since it’s been 6 months or 24 weeks, and my case has also been sitting and forgotten under their desk as well.. probably hidden under a pile of half eaten Moldy  Ham sandwiches..


 
and they said they couldnt do that because my PD is 2/24/2020 so 6 months means i have to contact them again on 8/24/2020.. but i used a specific DAY COUNTER and it said it has been 24 weeks. I just politely said thanks, and disconnected. 
 
congrats to those moving forward!! Please pray for the souls of our cases that are still in limbo 😂

Got interview notice in the mail. August 19, which is pretty soon. We have 9 days to put everything together. Hope they won't cancel it this time..

We received our EAD/AP card yesterday. Good luck to everyone waiting.

Again anything is possible! If they can schedule an AOS interview when you already have a GC they can do anything!

At this point we'll all be naturalized before we get an EAD card

Agreed. It's just ridiculous, unfair, and disrespectful, because our livelihoods  depend on those damn biometrics.
 
I was a little optimistic after all the good news last week that I may finally get a new appointment this week. But after checking informed delivery every morning as soon as I wake up and being disappointed every single day, I'm back to being pissed off.
