The instructions for this form specifically state:
QuoteAnswer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.
However the example here on VJ doesn't follow this guideline:
https://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf
Also I should note, that the form itself will not allow the forward slash "/" which makes this doubly confusing.
Which is correct?
Thanks!

Hello Everyone,
Just received our NOA2, and had a question.
My fiancee just moved, she is a beneficiary, do i need to call the NVC and tell them she changed addresses and when should i do this?

After many days of my fiancée and I checking the online status every hour I gave USCIS a call and they told me we had been approved and that our notice had been mailed out yesterday!
😁
We’re very happy and now on to the NVC process. My fiancée just recently changed addresses, does anyone know what I need to do to notify the NVC and when I should do this?
Some might want to give them a call to check on their status if you haven’t received word yet. :)

Just want to be safe, thanks for your input!
