Just to let you know, I travel yesterday to the US ,CBP office just ask purpose for traveling and I told him to visit my husband. My paperwork is at NVC. So yes you can travel but be upfront with CBP officer.

I file on 18th January 2019 
NOA 1 January 22nd 
Waiting on NOA 2

I file my wife I 130 on 18th January 2019 and received NOA 1 on the 22nd January 2019. Can't wait for this process to finish I heard it would take at least 6 to 9 months to approve. Hope USCIS work faster because I we have to travel 5 to 6 times a year to see each other. It is very expensive and very difficult to keep a long distance relationship for years. Wish they would understand what we go through. 

I'm very happy for you Guys God will continue to bless and cover you through this journey. 

So we got married a year ago and I left for my home country to do the process from here, we thought the process will be shorter but it took almost 10 months just to get the NOA2 and now we are waiting for the 2018 tax returns so we can send them because my husband wasn't working in previous years.
So we haven't seen each other in a year and by the time I'll have to go to the interview it will be closer to a year and a half.
will this be a problem? we really don't want to spend money on traveling right now, we are trying to save as much as we can. 

I submit my I -130 on the 18th January 2019 and received a receipt number on the 22nd of January. So I'm awaiting approval. Can't wait to be with my husband.  I have a 10 year visitor Visa and I travel a lot 5 or more time a year and he also traveled about the same amount of time too. But since we got married last year November I didn't travel back to the US because I don't want to mess up my paperwork. Because the CBP officer have the last say ,so I wouldn't take the chance.
