This is an immigration forum and we tend to believe rather quickly that quick break-ups after receiving their GC is equal to fraud. I believe we are right in most of the cases.

For some reason, though, I am having doubts that this is a situation of fraud here. You mention that you brought up GC fraud several times while with her. You mention your honeymoon that you paid but she stayed in a different room. You also mentioned she didn't tell you about the interview. It sounds like your guys communication broke down and you couldn't find common ground anymore. Taking pictures on a vacation is a natural thing to do for some of us- even if the mood isn't the best for everyone.

What if she never wanted to leave you? What if your accusations of possible fraud are indeed "delusional" and you pushed her away? You already admitted writing strongly worded texts to her when angry. What else did you say to her?

Finnish women are fiercely independent and strong. And from a country that has a very high quality of living, universal health care and one of the best educational systems in the world. I'd be surprised if she really stayed in a relationship with you because she wanted to immigrate to the US. I am guessing she just wanted to be with you. But somewhere along the process you both started having doubts and who can blame you guys for continuing the process? Because once you stop the train, it take a huge effort to start yet another immigration process. I believe you both hoped for a better outcome and an end to your rough patch.

Hence, I am having strong doubts that we are looking at fraud - rather a relationship running its course. We have the idea of self fulfilling prophecies in German. I wonder whether or not your (multiple) accusations may have caused or at least didn't help to avoid the situation as you are in now.

Nevertheless, move on and I wish you all the healing in the world.

How is that not relevant?  And since you're new here, you may want to review the TOS for VisaJourney.

I am 1 2nd time K-1 petitioner - same situation, didnt work out first time.  My attorney said no way to cancel just let it expire.  This was 3 years ago.    I did nothing.

Now I am in 2nd K-1 going for my interview in about 1 months time, no RFE, 90 day NOA2.

USC marry USC - very easy in USA, no immigration involved.
USC marry F-1 to AOS to GC, - prove bonafide relationship - marriage cert, bank accts, pictures, wedding honeymoon, leases etc
USC petition 2nd K-1 - like me, its a new application, prove bonafide relationship, met 1x in 2 years, income can support etc.

Once you submit a withdrawal letter, the petition will die. There is no way to cancel a withdrawal. You would have to start over with a new petition.

As geowrian said, the applications, etc., will eventually expire. However, it is better to leave things on a good note. Send letters to the consulate @HCMC (email should be fine), and a letter to the CSC telling them things just work out as you had planned. Be sure to include a copy of your NOA2 with USCIS receipt number. The letter to the consulate should also have the NVC case file number. You don't need to go into any details, just short and sweet. I would suggest that you send the one to CSC be certified, return receipt requested. That way you know that they got it.

Contact USCIS and send a letter to withdraw the I-129F petition. Send a copy of the letter to the embassy (email should be fine). They will (eventually) send it back to USCIS to terminate it.
It's just better for everybody involved to close the loose ends. Technically the I-129F should expire on its own eventually, but it's just cleaner to make it formal and make it an explicit act to do so.
    Sorry things didn't work out.

No problems. You as a petitioner can email her country's consulate and say there were some setbacks and you want to reschedule the interview for your fiancée. Good Luck🍀

Sorry that this has happened to you.  After all the work and stress that lead up the interview part, I wish the father would've granted your fiance to at least attend the interview to fulfill that part.  And after approval, maybe have a heavy talk with him.  Again, sorry, but do try contacting the embassy and seeing if they can reschedule.

I agree. Use this instead of having her say that her father is trying to stop her. I mean, if she really sticks to her first plan.
    All the best.

Missing/skipping an interview is not unusual. Many things happen to couples planning things thousands of miles (and cultures) apart. Try to schedule interview according to this:

    This should help. Stay positive!

If this is today, the petition is still there. Just email them with the subject: "missed interview, flight delay, request new interview date" something like that. Attached proof of the flight delay. Keep it simple. No need to mention about the father and changing their mind and stuff.

Does the consulate schedule the interview?  If not, why are we suggesting to email the consulate asking for a new interview?  When you are ready schedule the new interview.   Only thing you need to be sure of is that the petition is still on station

When was the flight originally supposed to take off land and when did it take off and land ?  It may be that this a better explanation than "my fiancee was talked out of showing up by her father"

Flight delay is an excellent attachment to the apology and request for a new interview.

I know it's kinda water under the bridge, but you should have attended the interview and if you had passed you have 6 months from the date of the medical to actually decide if you really want to use the visa. If you don't use the visa and it expires, no harm done, and it won't be really held against you. If you can get a new interview, I would go that route as you will have the visa in hand and almost 6 months to decide if moving to the US is the right choice.

I think you should call the embassy ASAP and explain and ask for a new interview date, if that's what you want. But you don't mention in your post whether your fiancee is now willing to interview or not.

    What country are you in?

I don’t know the answer to this, I’ve heard before that they will re-schedule a K-1 interview ONCE, but I would have recommended that you call or email the embassy in advance to give them a heads up that she wouldn’t appear at the interview rather than just skipping it. Did you call them beforehand?

Also, if she does get a new interview, I think there’s a strong chance she will be asked why she missed the original interview, and it might be held against her. The consular officer might think “If she were really committed to marrying this American she would have shown up for the interview whether her father wanted her to or not.”

The officer might also ask her why her father objects to her marrying the American, and if her answer is something like “My father is against it because I’m only 19 and the American guy is 30 years older than I am and I hardly know him” well that’s not great

We waited 10 days, emailed the embassy and they sent it by email the next day.   The mailed copy arrived a few days later.

If you email too soon,  you'll just get a generic reply telling you to wait longer before contacting them. - Jason

That's because they receive a electronic version before the paper file which causes it to go to "ready" status.
