Reminder that in the Philippines this can depend entirely on which agent you're dealing with and what day it is

We just got back from a Cebu and my wife has maiden name on passport and married name on vaccination card. We filled out the e-travel info online and no one asked for any vaccination cards or information...so not an issue.

I've just done this myself. Travelled to Philippines a few months ago after submitting the I-751 removal of conditions and N-400. PH passport in maiden name, everything else in married name. I just brought the following paperwork and everything went fine:
PH passport expired 2yr green card valid greencard extension letter US marriage certificate Report of Marriage original copy I had filed at PH consulate (PSA is dragging issuing their own copy) Vaccination proof on phone (QR code thing from my state) old passport with the CFO stamp in case of bs at PH immigration upon exit I had layovers and they just look for the first 4 items, in that order plus the covid stuff (steps/requirements depend on which country you're transiting through/staying at).

Yeah part of the reason I went there at 1pm was to test how far I'll go if I don't join the too "early birds" group. And hope this will help others plan their time well at SLEC.

I did my first day yesterday at 1pm and was done by 5.30pm because I don't want to wake up early in the freaking morning to join a lot of people just waiting... waiting.. and ... waiting for when the clinic opens.
Came back today at 2pm (time appointed by SLEC) to get vaccination and I'm out by 4pm. Medical papers for interview on hand..
    Goodluck!

Yes you can complete the medical a month early.  Do note that the validity of the visa is tied to the date of the medical, so it will only have at most 5 months instead of 6.

Also make sure to keep the medical file save for the interview.

Just keep in mind the expiration date of the Visa is from the date of the medical not the interview.

Yes the embassy seems to have opened up Tuesday & Wednesday at times.

You won't know what is available until you get online, what is or isn't available changes by the minute.   Last I heard Beginning of May was the earliest, but earlier openings do appear from time to time.

Do you mean the PAL Official Receipt? I get mine usually 3 days after I book my flights.

👍 That's how I do it. Check in online as well. Just show security your online boarding pass and your identification card at the check in counter. No need to print anything

Lol...I was at the embassy today as well, and got approved. Mine took a little longer since they have some issues with my photo, but other than that, everything went quite well. I still have our pictures. I guess I'll just frame them. 😁

Our interview appointment was at 7:10 am.  We arrived about 6 am and stood in the 7:10 line.  I forgot my watch at home so I’m not able to give the exact times of the step by step process.

We start the process about 6:30 outside when my fiancé was  are asked to put her passport in a ziploc bag.  Then she were asked for the DS-160 and they looked for my fiancé’s name and put a sticker on her DS-160.  My fiancé goes thru the foreigner door and my daughter and I go thru the US Citizens side.  We sat in the chairs outside for about 5 minutes before we all got in line to go inside the Embassy.

Once inside we did the bag check and went to our designated area.  When it was our turn we went to the 1st pre-screen window.  The lady at the pre-screen window even asked me some questions  and I seen from the packet in front of her she had everything I mailed in our I-129f packet.  After the pre-screen we sat down a bit then my fiancé  went to the finger scan window.

After the finger scan we sat and waited in the interview area.  People with odd numbers on their sticker went to one side and even numbers went to the other.  When it was our turn to be interviewed the Counsular asked if our daughter was my biological daughter and if she had her US passport then he politely instructed me to sit down and if he needed anything from me then he would send for me.  I gave my fiancé a HUGE folder with a lot of supporting documents.  I sat down maybe for 2 minutes and here comes my fiancé with a HUGE smile on her face.  APPROVED!!!!  He did not ask for one piece of paper.  My fiancé said he asked her 4 questions:  was she ever married, was I ever married, what is my work and do our daughter have US Citizenship..

When we left the Embassy it was 8:05 am.  So the interview process took about 1 hour and we was back in time at our hotel for the free breakfast buffet, lol.
