You need to debug some things on their websites. Because there are certain bugs that's messing up with it. It's what my Dad did when we were filling out all forms. He figured it out because he is a computer genius. You can try doing the same thing too. I hope this helps.

we knew something was wrong in the last review and we called senator Wicker office and talked to immigration secretary to show our good faith and I just received 3 mails Saying
 « documentarily qualified »

Have you heard anything back from NVC after your re-submission? I am still waiting for them to review mine (first and only submission Sep 13). We used maiden name for my wife on I-130 and all NVC documents are married name. I am wondering if that is causing any delays...

Well, hehe it's just been only a week from the time we received our NoA2 mail. I just noticed though that most people in the NVC thread got their welcome letter 6 to 10 days from the date of their NoA2 so I am kind of hoping we will receive our welcome email soon. Good luck to us. Hope we will hear from NVC soon so we could start the next step.

We're on the same boat! How long have you been waiting now since your NOA2? 

Just case tracked. I was able to check it August 31. I kept refreshing the page to really verify. Me and my kids got approved August 30.  We didn't call them anymore. My husband aslo forgot to register his email. But we will call USCIS Monday.

After one year. NVC here we go. 

My husband contacted the Senator in his state and he said the Secretary replied to his email saying USCIS responded to their query and imformed them that June this year they will be starting to process the cases of August filers. I hope though that's true.  Nebraska isn't really moving, seems like they are still stuck while Potomac is now processing 2019 cases. 

I saw that before and there are other sites who posted the same information. 

We should start sending letters to our Senators, Nebraska Filers. These senators can maybe help us out. It's so ridiculous to see that Nebraska is stuck while other centers are fast moving.  It's just so unacceptable.
