So happy right now! Today, I got an email from NVC, stating that that I am through with all the stages. The next would be the consular stage. Am so happy today!

Thats what I am thinking too. And then there is the matter of seperating families, so I am wondering if this applies to certain class(es) of immigrant visa. I hope we can hear something concrete soon. There is so much anxiety and living on edge with this process due to things keep changing. Every now and then there is something new. Sigh.

Im just wondering for Cr1s who are at the NVC stage, if this executive order would affect them. Could it mean a cancellation of the immigration process or just a long delay. Or could this just be for new applicants ?

Got it. Worked now. They wanted the W2s. I didnt upload them initially because I uploaded the IRS tax transcripts and thought that would suffice. Luckily I had the w2s on hand. Its been a year in the process now, hoping to get documentarily complete soon.

Use Firefox, but the issue is its timing out on you. You only have about 8 minutes to complete it all.
 
So what you need to do is write out all of your addresses and dates and then as quickly as you can copy and paste them in.
 
Took me about four tries to finally complete it using Firefox.

1.  Yes, time from petition approval to receiving NVC case number is 6 to 8 weeks.  You will receive the NVC case number via email.
2.  Once you get the NVC case number you can go to the CEAC website (instructions with the NVC case number email), where you will pay fees, upload your civil documents, financial documents, I-864, and complete the DS-260 online, any additional documents to show a bona fide relationship.  Once all of this has been done, expect about a 3 week wait for NVC to review everything and approve the documents.  After approval there is another wait of 3 to 4 weeks, then you will receive another email with the interview date at the consulate abroad.
3.  I assume that you already sent them your email addresses so that is how you will both get notified.
4.  Visit the NVC website to review the documents you will need to upload via the CEAC website and how to scan files the way they want them.
 
Overall time from petition approval to interview abroad is 3 to 4 months if you have no delays or problems uploading documents correctly.

I found this answer helpful as I was just about to ask the same question. We got our NOA1 on March 6, 2019  and out of anxiety I feel like it is taking sometime to  hear from them. Creating a VJ timeline has ours at November 2019 as a cut off. So that is approx 9 months before hearing anything of or next to NOA2.
