My case I-130 approved and it is with NVC. My wife is U.S citizen. We would.like to request for expedite. Kindly assist how can we request and on what base they will accept. Anyone assist and advise what to write.

What is the procedure to move / Transfer case from UAE to Pakistan and how long it will take or it cause delay in my case.

My Petition I-130 approved and sent to NVC also received E-mail from NVC to upload the documents, still i did not send any documents or reply to NVC .

Now due to Covid-19 i am planning to move my home Country Pakistan from UAE. Kindly guide and advise with proper information.

Thanks Lily, My home Country is Pakistan. So i have to update the NVC thru USCIS Websit.

I am moving from U-A-E to my home country and my I-30 petition filed in Mar-2019. Is it will be a problem ? 

Kindly advise.

One more thing, I checked and compare USCIS  with Visa Journey, As in USCIS case inquiry dates are MAY 21,2018, whereas in Visa Journey it shows AUG 08,2018. Which is correct one.

i filed petition I-130 as my wife is U.S citizen, when we checked processing time on USICS website for Nebraska service center. 

It shows the receipt date of inquiry for the month of JUNE, but they pull back and now it reflect inquiry for the month of may.

twice they pull back the inquiry dates.  is they still processing the cases for the month of May or due to some error it reflect MAY.
