We've been dealing with inefficiencies related to Sandra getting her Honduran passport. She's made 3 trips for appointments to Tegucigalpa to get her passport. Every trip was a waste; 1) they couldn't print, 2) the office was closed, 3) due to the last number of her identification card she was denied entry. How can they be so backwards? If they make her an appointment she should not waste a whole day each time. Fingers crossed she gets her passport on November 5th so we can submit the documents.
