FaithProfessoR got a reaction from Greenbaum in CEAC STATUS
The website to create the appointments and gives the passport with package never updates they just sent you an email. “Oh, so it happens that we got your visa” come and pick it up. 🤷🏻♂️
The consulate said that they visa was ready done by them on wends day but the third party alerted us that to come and pick it up friday. They had the visa since thursday🤦🏻♂️.
The guys said that they had some issues with internet services that the emails came late😐.
There you have it.
Federal Goverment and Contractors🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Thanks I had to email the embassy and they explain the missing gap between the Issue from CEAC and the visa delivery. Visa on Hand✌🏻

FaithProfessoR got a reaction from TandClaudia in CEAC STATUS
Sadly my sub-forum is not all that realiable, because there not too much participation. Ecuador is not a power house like Philippines- Mexico- England- Ghana or any major countries that works like an immigration mafia or cartel to come to the US😬😂😜. I even made a tread to help ecuadorian out but no response yet. But hey like I always told you. I-am greatful for everything you @Greenbaum and others have shown me since day one.
My fiancé’s CEAC status went to “ISSUE” two days ago and we feel lost in space because there is no indicator was next. Idk maybe an email, text, a letter or maybe the heavens will open lol. We just want this terrible wait to end and be together that’s all.✌️

FaithProfessoR got a reaction from Vicko in Guayaquil - Ecuador Scheduling Interview
Hey @Vicko Come to this tread I went to hell to get an appointment for my fiancee and here I explain the details about your situation.
Appointments are only on wendsdays and you have to fight your way to get one. In my case we lost the opportunity to have an appointment in MAY because I had left my wallet at home by the time I got to it everything on MAY was taken I waited out to june. Delaying everything.

FaithProfessoR got a reaction from Vicko in Ecuador K1 Visa Steps After USCIS
The reason for this tread is that multiples users have ask me what happens after your I-129F is approved and your NVC number is assigned how do I deal with Ecuador K1 process believe me is not a clear path. Basically you got to fight your way to the interview.
If you have already have your NVC case number you can track the case thru CEAC
CEAC Status are
At NVC
In Transit
Ready
normally they send petitions to embassys around the world every two tuesdays every month
https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=NIV
If is states that is ready then you can start the process for your interview.
Here are the list of thing you must gather for your interview o better known as packet 3:
https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/K1/GYQ_Guayaquil.pdf
Then You can set your interview here.
https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ec/iv
they will not send a letter for the interview everything will depend on you to move and get everything done Website is available in both spanish and english you must pay the interview before you can schedule one. Normaly appointments are on Wend-days in Guayaquil Consulate because Quito’s embassy deals with other types of visas (I could be wrong) but my fiancee is from Guayaquil so is was ok. If you are from other part of Ecuador you must do arrangement to be in Guayaquil on time they will let you in an hour before of your interview
Lastly you do the medical here my fiancee paid $300.00 here is the link with instructions and contact number for physicians in both Quito and Guayaquil:
https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/iv-dv-supplemental/translations/Guayaquil-Translation.pdf
Basically you must call them a do the medical at least a week before your appointment
I hope this helps. And Good Luck

What’s going on!!!
I thought I’d start the new April 2019 129F thread
Best of luck to all new filers 🥳 Currently it takes at least 6-8 months to receive the NOA2 for I-129F. (Yes it could be less)
Helpful links:
The United States Postal Services (USPS) has cool tool that lets you know a hint what is comming to your mail box. This way you can track NOA1 and NOA2.
https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action
United States Immigration Services (USCIS) has new way to track your case open an account.
https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/
And lastly created your VJ timeline so we can see your process and celebrate with you.
Its a long process but at the end it will be worth it. Let the waiting games begin and may the odds be ever in your favor! Have Faith!
The boat has come to port to start your visa journey... All aboard!!!

FaithProfessoR reacted to DaveAndAnastasia in CEAC STATUS
basically after interview, assuming no 221gs or other requests for more forms/information, your case should go to, in order
Immigrant Administrative Processing Non-immigrant Application Received Non-immigrant Administrative Processing Issued The status may or many not be updated online for each stage, and it's possible to go through multiple steps in less than a day at times, or be stuck on one of the first three steps for days or longer. You don't have to do anything to change this.
If it's after your interview and searching under immigrant for your case by the case number you got from NVC is really slow or doesn't work, your case has probably moved from immigrant to non-immigrant. In that case, searching under non-immigrant using the DS160 confirmation should be faster and more reliable.

Interview today and after a slightly stressful situation regarding my sons citizenship (apparently he has the right to be american by birth which we had to renounce or wait longer for that to process) we are APPROVED!!!!!
We will be flying out on the 31st of May and will be getting married on the 19th of July!!!
Thank you everyone for all the help and support and will now put my best cheerleader costume on to support all you guys 💕

FaithProfessoR got a reaction from Sofia Cast in MARCH 2019 K-1 NOA2 ----> NVC
Question question...
So we are at the point that ceac states that we are at NVC... ok.
Now the Affidavit of support I-134. Must be mailed to the beneficiary to honor the original signature or can one just scanned a copy and sent to her?
Also there a version of affidavit of support I-864. I have been reading a bit and notice that this is the version for the AOS, but I saw in a group that a person applying in Mexico got a hold because they need to provide this as well.
I know the embassies and consulates work all different but just wondering. In a P3 letter that I found from 2016 for Ecuador doesn’t mention the I-864 form.
I hope everyone gets the opportunity to be on bext tuesday shipment.
