    Hello, VJ friends!

I have been browsing here for quite a time. I have not encountered a topic about filing online vs mailing the ROC and evidences.

I would highly appreciate if there are people here who can share their experience filing online and thru mail.

I will be filing my ROC come October 2021.

    Thank you!

You can open a joint account at Bank of America. All you need to present is your passport.

Wierobles got a reaction from lonesurvivor in Interview Next week, Found mistake on I130
I also found some errors in my Form I-485 and I was scheduled for interview already. My lawyer prepared a summary of the errors and the corrections. My lawyer handed it to the IO prior to my oath taking. I learned from my lawyer the words “timely retraction”. Good luck!

Wierobles got a reaction from hdelosr in IR/CR 1 with ARN but received a decision on request to extend nonimmigrant status
Thank you, Eckoin in replying to my message.

You understood it right. I came on a tourist visa, applied for extension, got married while waiting for the extension approval/denial then submitted our I-130 and I-485 together with EAD and AP.

I am scheduled for Biometrics come Monday.

Praying everything the entire process turns out well.

Wierobles got a reaction from junkmart in RFEs for I-130 and 485
    Thank you very much, junkmart.

Yes, my husband and I felt that there was an oversight from our lawyer.

I am reading the I-864 instructions to make sure that before I request my sister to submit requirements I, myself understood what needs to submitted. Apparently, we relied and trusted everything to our lawyer.

Am praying that this is the first and last RFE and eventually get my EAD and AP ID.
