    We are a few people here with the same issues, no NOA1, no emails, nothing.. just wait. Call USCIS and tell them about it..

    Again, no Noa1, no email, no txt message, no check cleared, nothing, also I called USCIS 2 times and open and investigation and sent an email to lockboxhelp...

    If you are coming to USA, forget how the things is done at your country.. Here is different , is what it is... Maybe we do the thing wrong but, if you coming here, you have to accept it..

    The petitioner have to provide everything... Remember that the affidavit of support include health insurance. as soon the beneficiary get to USA, can apply to Social Security card, that allow him/her to be include in the health insurance of the petitioner. ...

    Didn't see a December thread started so here it is. Congratulations on the submission of your K1 visa application. This forum will be very helpful to you through your visa process "journey" as we call it here. If you have not done so yet please fill out your time line as it makes it easier for other VJers to assist you if you should have any questions later on during your journey.
     
    Best advice, is remember why you have submitted your K1 application and do not set very high expectations of the process. Current processing times according to USCIS are 5 to 7 months (for case adjudication only), some could be sooner some much later.
