I don’t think that is true. Unless is signed and sent early. I signed and dated mine almost a month before my window opened. I sent it a week later my window was opened and haven’t had any issues so far. I did it because I travel a lot for work and was gonna be flying domestic and international a lot during those dates.

Thanks for sharing. It seems that EAC is moving quicker than others as it relates to biometric notices. We are keeping track of progress through attached Google Spreadsheet if you like to include your info. Thanks.

Today we received the biometrics waived letter. We didn't get any notification, and the information has not been updated online (still shows Case Was Received). Was dated 10/21/21.

I think YSC and WAC are similar (both are busy centers and therefore slow). When I look at Google spreadsheet, SRC and LIN seem to be the fastest centers. Oh well....hopefully they will get to ours soon.

Received our NOA today in the mail and our case has been sent to the Potomac Service Center.

We sent our ROC package to USCIS Phoenix on 9/5 through FedEx. It was delivered on 9/7 morning 9:59am.
No further notice so far, and good luck everybody!!
