Well I am not sure how many of you are still around coming back to our May thread but for those that do check in my fiancee had her interview July 11, 2019 result 221g (easy fix). I have written a lengthy after action report on this interview if any of you care to read it as I did not want to post it twice. Its located in the Philippines sub forum titled Interview Review. Seems we are closer now than ever before of finishing this portion of the journey. I will of course post here again once the Visa is on hand which should not be too long, but again with my experiences and luck it could be another 430 days!!!!!!!! Sarge out!!!!

I am not 100% certain, but if your case is like my experience, there's a good chance that your biometrics mail was not delivered and then returned to USCIS. I called five times, asking again and again but was always told they have not scheduled my appointment. It was not until May 13 when egov USCIS updated my case online as "notice was returned to USCIS" that I realized that only the 2nd tier agent has access to notice updates, only then was I informed I missed my biometrics appointment back on May 3rd. I made the request for another one immediately which was sent to me on May 17, and I just received it on the mail yesterday. 
If you have not done so, make sure you have your name labeled inside your mailbox. Apparently, it has something to do with the government mails. I received all of my NOAs, but missed that biometrics mail due to that. Best of luck on your call next week!

Try again and tell them the Officers have access to a system that they most likely don't have access to. Just keep insisting.

April 19: Hard copies of NOAs received

I just mailed off all the paperwork.. all 3 lb and 4 oz of them lol. Now the waiting game begins againn....  Good luck everyone!

Actually we just got done with the interview.  A reminder don’t just rely on the status update online.  The status update online is so random it will drive you nut.  I am sure you will be fine.  If I can be of any help, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Nope, nothing yet.

It looks like most "Received By Consulate" -> "Received Packet 3" are in the 4-10 day range, although there are some outliers.
Visa Type : [K1], Service Center : [All], Beneficiaries Country : [China], Consulate/Embassy : [Guangzhou, China], I129F NOA 2 After 2018-05-01, I129F NOA 2 Before 2018-12-01, Local Office : [All]
 
I'll be pretty happy if we're in that range, although if we are outside of that range, I'll just be happy later.  Ha!

I feel you. mine was put on hold for at least 30 mins. lol and we had called them so many times before we got our case #

My fiance called NVC today at 7 pm (EST) and we got our case number. He was put on hold for 10 minutes.

In Indonesia we can book the medical check up using case number then we have to wait until the embassy sends email to the beneficiary before we can schedule the interview (reply their email and ask for the interview date that they will provide).
 
Don't lose hope to those who are still waiting, keep calling at least once a week. We have called them twice before they gave us case number and been told to wait 8 weeks though 😅

Lord Jesus, here I was on a full panic mode, checking CEAC every second of the day with only "at NVC" showing. Just a min ago, I checked it, "In Transit"!!! 
 

ok, finally got hold with NVC and received our case number (assigned on the 29th). does this mean our files will be sending out to Guangzhou around mid-December?
