Not a big deal and I wouldn't even mention it. My husband didn't remember the exact start date of his first job when he arrived here in 2020 and we couldn't find it in his didn't so we just put down the day we thought it might be. No one asked about it and it didn't occur to us to be worried.

Even Filipino passports with no visa can freely transit ICN so long as they don't have to clear immigration.  For US Visa or Green Card holders who are specifically flying to or from the US transiting Korea to or from a third nation, there is the added benefit that they may clear Korean Immigration without a Korean visa for up to 30 days in transit.  So if a US Green Card holder with a Filipino passport wants to, they could book an extended stopover and go sightseeing in Korea without a visa, on their trip to or from US and the Philippines.

That's a pretty large pension for the Philippines.  I suspect that would be a huge asset in getting a tourist visa.
 
As a rule the old and rich are usually granted tourist visa from PI to USA........

I have been reading the papers and reputable sources online that really tend to frankly, scare me, about the administration's plan for either slowing down, changing, or upping denials of legal spousal visas. I am now on month 9 just about (Nebraska center) for my Filipina wife's spousal petition. With one NOA so far. I am now second guessing myself as if I should have filed in 2015 or 2016. Is anyone else nervous about the news articles, proposals, etc? Again, this is not a discussion to inflame politics. And yes, I am aware that USCIS states the Nebraska center is 9.5 to 13 months, but is that for both NOA? I am confused.

plenty of people move. youre fine. simply update the uscis records and provide a forwarding address for the post office

If you move, you move. Just update the address as noted above.
Sometimes (pretty rarely) the address may not update in the USCIS system properly so notices are sent to the old address still. The only notice you'll get is the NOA2 or an RFE, and you should be able to see this online or by calling as well. This likely won't be for several months still.
