I travelled to the U.K. by myself at the beginning of the year and had no trouble reentering. In fact the lady at immigration took me to the front of the line as I was confused which line to get into and asked for help and she let me go ahead of everyone so I got through immigration a lot faster. Obviously doesn’t happen for everyone but just make sure you have all your paperwork and you’ll be fine.

Jealous of everyone getting their interview dates, I live in Seattle so I won’t be getting mine anytime soon. My case has been ready for interview since September, just got to hope my AP and work authorisation comes soon.

I had my interview last week and received my visa today and I’ve never received a P3 so I wouldn’t worry about waiting for it as you don’t need it, the embassy will email you everything once you’ve booked the interview. 

File when you are ready to be married and spend the rest of your life together, not just when you're ready for a new life in the USA. This is a fiancé visa for people who have decided to marry, to commit to one another forever. When you have reached that stage, you should file. Some people reach that stage after 1 visit. Some reach that stage after many years and many visits. This isn't just about achieving a dream of living in America. It's about building your own dream with your life partner. When you know you've met the one, that's the time to file. Not before. 

That was happening to me on Friday but when it finally loaded it said the visa had been issued. 
 
Still not sure why it wouldn’t load though.

After having my interview on Thursday, I’ve just checked the status of my application and my visa was issued yesterday. I can’t believe how quickly it’s all happened. 
 
I am so happy and excited right now! 😄😄

Yeah they ask for your case number when you book the Medical.

Checked with my AA number and... ISSUED ALREADY!! Damn that was fast. Only a day!

For a person interviewing in London (the OP asking the question), the medical date dictates the expiration date printed on the visa. Typically in an average, no hiccup, London K1 process-- the interview follows the medical by 2 weeks (recommended) and the visa is issued within the week following the interview. The visa will expire six months from the medical date. If the OP feels like more time is needed (like finish school, or attend a friend's wedding) she can pick a medical date and interview date further out so as to fit her plans. London allows up to one year of "stalling" after petition approval. If the interview happens four months after the petition approval, they ask for a new letter of intent to marry from the American fiancé. It is turned in at the interview. There are no issues/questions with going past four months before interview.  

Yeah, it’s still at nvc but I’m not stressing about it yet as it’s still very early in the day.
