    Biometrics: Aug 12th
And now page has updated to show "new card being produced as of Sept. 22nd"!!!!!! Guys, I'm so excited to finally see more progress. I'm happy that so many of us are sharing similar timelines, it's definitely been keeping me sane. Thanks for always updating everyone on your journeys.

« New card is being produced » for my husband’s I-765!👏👏👏Couldn’t believe my eyes, the status has changed today. We expedited and got the Congresswoman involved, I don’t know if that helped. On I-131 nothing changed, “Case received”.
AOS submitted 4/24, NOA 5/20, fingerprints 8/28, I-485 interview scheduled for 10/29. Field office of Tucson, AZ.

My husband's case online also changed to "Interview scheduled and letter mailed to you". We are in a panic not a joy. Didn't expect it to be THAT fast at all...We would rather have the interview at the end of October (our 2 year marriage anniversary) and not now. How can we get it postponed??

    I765 & I131 approved!!

Hey guys, looks like USCIS is pacing up! (My guess is they are reducing the backlogs to take in more applications so their department can survive lol, either ways I'm super happy! )
Few people from Feb filers got their interviews done and a couple of them from March have their interviews scheduled. Looks like someone from April got it scheduled too.

Here is my case updates: Adjustment of status from K1 (No expedite)

    I485/I765/I131 received: 04/10/2020
    Biometrics for I485/I765: 08/12/2020
I485 -> Case is ready to be scheduled for interview as of 08/13/2020
I765 -> Fingerprints were applied as of 08/13/2020 -> New card being produced 09/14/2020 -> Case approved 09/15/2020
I131 -> Was in Case received state until 09/14/2020 -> Case approved 09/15/2020 (Looks like second biometric appointment is not needed, finally something makes sense with USCIS)

And for all those who didn't have their biometrics scheduled yet, I'm very hopeful that they will do it soon and just to make sure contact tier 2 officers.

Sending some good juju out for all of us to get to green card interviews soon! ❤️

If you had « cultural differences «  with your ex from Vietnam, how do you expect to avoid the same problem with your current girlfriend from Vietnam?
Answering your question, I personally don’t see any obstacles to K-1 except maybe the sponsor’s  income requirement. You are aware of your USCIS financial obligations to your ex, aren’t you?

We are in Arizona and decided to see if we could get an Arizona ID for my husband. We brought his passport with an expired ESTA stamp, NOA for I-485, his ITIN, several letters showing his name and our address in Tucson, taxes for 2018 and 2019 filed together and a printout of DHS instructions from the link provided above. The MVD lady went to consult with her supervisor and returned to say “Sorry, we need his Work Authorization document, SSN or green card”.
    Oh well..At least we tried.
