Who is the U.S.citizen, you? Your wife is the beneficiary? Is she carrying the baby from another man? And the baby was conceived when you two lived separately, correct?
And what about the bio father, is he even in the picture?
The story is unusual, to say the least. No wonder there are several interviews...

It is your “right” to marry anyone.   It is not your “right” to have an immigrant visa to the US.   This sounds like a green card marriage, and my guess is that the consulate will see it that way.   Good luck.

But, if as you say the love is genuine and the marriage is real, you’ll be just as happy when she moves to Pakistan, I’m sure.

This didn’t answer the question of marrying someone who is 55 from your country? would you marry someone your parents age if they didn’t have an American passport?

Nice, trying to basically cancel someone's entire life for retaliatory reasons. I'm kind of glad his GC is for 10 years and you won't succeed. My advice is you get a grip. Generally speaking, cheating on a partner doesn't mean the relationship is not bona fide. and that's all the Immigration services care about. Withholding his GC from him would be way too much in my opinion (and it's also not for you to decide on the outcome of his interactions with the USCIS). It would also be ineffectual, because his status is independent from a piece of plastic.

If the relationship is broken, is it possible it is not only his fault?

Maybe you should give the guy a break.  Its not easy being separated from your wife.  I'm not saying thats an excuse, and personally I wouldn't .. but men DO.  Its just a fact of life.
The damage is done.  He can get a job and pay his fair share of the expenses, the real damage has possibly already been done and you have little more to lose than you potentially
already have if you give it a little more time.  If I were absolutely convinced it was marriage fraud, I would crucify someone over it.  Legal action, report to USCIS with all the evidence,
try to get deported, etc. But this isn't necessarily that.  He just married a stalker and she caught him.  My wife was a stalker too, and I appreciated it.  Meant she cared.  We were 100%
open with each other.  Unhid friends etc, theres a way to do that.

Sorry for your loss.  You can attempt to get an emergency B2 visa appointment.    You can expect to need your mil’s death certificate, your marriage certificate, and her birth certificate.  The issue of your pending I-130 will come up.  The concern the consulate will have is whether you will attempt to adjust status once inside the USA.  Even if you get the visa, be prepared for CBP at the border to deny entry.

It is cruel but unfortunately, Congress did not draft the immigration laws for this situation.

    Say what?

There are people who passed away from Covid last year who still haven’t been buried.

While there might be some cultures snd religions in the USA that bury after 3 days, not all do.

And many if not most deceased in the USA are cremated.  Burial if it happens at all, can happen decades later.

Yes, we had to switch to AOS from Consular processing. At the time my husband had already done his interview for IR-1 in his home country, was placed in AP and while waiting decided to visit me in USA. That’s when corona arrived and we had to apply for AOS. It was like starting all over again. We notified the Consulate in Paris about withdrawal of Spousal visa application and explained why. The hardest part was waiting for the interview here and for husband not being able to work in USA without documents.  We waited for 6 long months. But the I-485 interview went smoothly, and the green card arrived in the mail 7 days later.
    Good luck!

And maybe stop rushing into relationships and spend time, lots of time, getting to know the other person. You had a fiancé trying to arrange her interview in January 2019 but you broke up and you petitioned for another fiancé 5 months later (with whom you were already romantically involved whilst the first one was arranging her embassy interview). Before the second one even got to the interview stage you suspected cheating. You must have suspected this wouldn’t end well.

I know a K-1 only requires you to have met in person once before filing, but that doesn’t mean you have to file after the first visit. As you have seen twice now, short courtships are not working out for you, you need more time. Slow down! What’s the rush? And if these fiancés are pressuring you into rushing through the paperwork, it’s likely the papers they want, not you. The right one will wait.

Similar to our case. In fact, my immigrant husband’s 16 y.o. attended the interview for CR2 visa but refused to go to USA. He received the visa but never used it.  Lots of paperwork, time and money wasted. Oh well.
