Correct, but use the married name going forward, such as on your affidavit of support, etc.  Your marriage certificate is all you need.  No need to submit documentation to USCIS or NVC about your married name.  However, having your husband carry a copy of any new ID you have in the married name can be good relationship evidence.

You posted on the wrong topic.  This is for I-751 Removal of Conditions, not for the I-130.  But anyway, congratulations.

We didn't send any evidence with our I-130 petition and we got an rfe for it. They specifically asked we prove our relationship is bona-fide. Once we submitted all the proof we had (photos, plane tickets, letter explaining how we met and how our relationship progressed) the I-130  was approved.

That said I want to point out that everyone’s experience is different. Someone will front load and not be successful, someone will present only two documents and be successful. And contrary to what you said, some consular officers are looking for any flimsy opportunity to refuse you. That is the reality, not all human beings are good or kind.
 
You were blessed. We Christians call it grace, and everyone’s grace is different. Many people have genuine marriages and are true Christians but get rejected, so it is not guaranteed. The Lord says he causes it to rain on both the righteous and unrighteous.

My sister please relax and pray , the  COs are totally unpredictable. Just try and know each other very well before the interview and if there are any red flags try to know how to deal with it , i mean the answers that you will give to the COs when you are asked to explain . VJ always helps to prepare you in advance for your interview but it doesn't mean other people's shortfalls will apply to your case  " DIFFERENT PEOPLE DIFFERENT CASES DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES "

yes you still have to go with the interview with your affidavit of support. no matter what happened.

It is the best practice to do so.

Bring one in case Embassy need it. Be prepare is a good practice.
