I tried To get my passport back. for the past 3 months I sent a lot of emails, phone calls. sadly no response from them.

No it wasn't her. can we do anything at this point? or we should forget about the k1 and pursue the cr1

Hello Everyone when I track my case on the CEAC website I got this Today. for those of you who are familiare with my story what does this mean? and does it mean I'm fianly going to get my passport back? You have been notified that your registration for an immigrant visa was cancelled, and any petition approved on your behalf was also cancelled. We informed you that your application might be reinstated if, within one year, you could establish that your failure to pursue your immigrant visa application was due to circumstances beyond your control. Since you have failed to do so, the record of your registration and any petition approved on your behalf and all supporting documents have been destroyed; any Department of Labor certification has been returned to your prospective employer. If you are still interested in obtaining an immigrant visa, the petitioner should contact the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Office of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding filing a new immigrant visa petition. They haven't ask me about any documents or evidence. nothing at all.

the co didn't give me any instructions, he said they will contact me and I haven't heard from them ever since.

PS: The embassy said they sent our case back to uscis in september but they lied!! as you can see they sent it back in december. also they lied to my fiance saying that they contacted me, THEY DIDN'T ON ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!! We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. In the CEAC WEBSITE it says This: U.S. Department of State IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION Refused Immigrant Visa Case Number: xxxxxxxxxxxALG Case Created: 15-Dec-2021 Case Last Updated: 01-Feb-2023 A U.S. consular officer has adjudicated and refused your visa application. Please follow any instructions provided by the consular officer. If you were informed by the consular officer that your case was refused for administrative processing, your case will remain refused while undergoing such processing. You will receive another adjudication once such processing is complete. Please be advised that the processing time varies and that you will be contacted if additional information is needed. For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV or the website for the Embassy or Consulate at which you made your visa application. For more information, please visit TRAVEL.STATE.GOV.

yes me and my fiance are still together and we are trying to get ahold of the embassy no luck. and yes we hired a lawyer but completely useless it was a rip off. they don't even to email them or inquire. yes, No Response!! it says refused. Not Denied

plus the police will ask how it got stolen and when and a lot of other questions. and i'm not going to lie. it could get me in even bigger problems.

I need My passport because I have visa stamps on it. and at least why they don't get back and tell me that they lost it? this is very unprofessional of them and makes me mad!!

My case is sent back to uscis already. I made this post because they wont respond to my emails regarding where my Passport is. And I need it asap.

Hello Vj Family, I need Help Because what's hapenning to me is insane. Did the us embassy lost my passport or what? Short Background Story: In May 2022 I had my k1 visa interview in the us embassy in Algeria, the CO didn't say if he approved me or not, handed me a 221 g blue slip took my passport and he said they will contact me! 10 months later no email nothing. the ceac website says the case is refused and in the uscis website it says that the case was sent back to the usa by the embassy. Now I believe I was denied the visa. SUCKS BUT I ACCEPT THAT HOWEVER They didn't send my passport back even though I reached out to them multiple times but they didn't respond at all. nothing. I wan't to meet my fiance and possibally go get married in Turkey. but they still have my passport. I don't know what to do. any insights please?

I had my interview in may 22, 2022 they gave me blue slip 221g kept my passport it's been 3.5 months no updates at all on Ceac website except for the day they responded to our attorney inquiry the last case was updated date changed. They sent us this email: Thank you for contacting our Immigrant Visa unit. Please be informed that this case has been referred for Administrative Review. New information when available will be communicated to the beneficiary. what does administrative review means? is it the same as adminstrative processing or is it something else. what to expect and what do you recommend me to do. thank you for taking the time to read my post, I will appreciate any insights
