Yes 12 days, received email telling me to check my case. They did not put message but all documents were accepted. If you submitted on 13th I bet you will have answer by Friday or sooner fingers crossed 🤞🏼
Oh awesome! I’m hoping this upcoming week I do get some good news as to everything being accepted, my spouses things were accepted with a green check and I was like oh great so just all me now lol. If u don’t mind me asking which embassy are u waiting for? And is this a cr1 for u also?

NVC accepted all documents today but haven’t received the “documentarly qualified” email 🤔
Hmmm what exactly does that mean? I am just waiting soooo patiently for them to review my tax transcript and w2 for 2017 that I had to resubmit due to some pages that were missed, I called them Friday and was told they receive everything on Jan 13 and it can take up to 3 weeks so either end of Jan or first week of February I should hear back. It just sucks because it’s like an additional wait 😩

I submitted documents on December 21st, received email asking for 2017 tax transcripts, IRS closed 🙄 I sent a email explaining the situation on January 4th. They asked to submit tax returns and w2 again so I did on January 7th waiting on response again 😣. You should sent NVC an email or your case will not be reviewed without a document missing
I finally submitted w2 again and a transcript Monday morning, When I called after yesterday they told me it would take 1-3 weeks for them to review so fingers crossed it all goes well!!!! The wait is killing me

sooo here we are again waiting yet again lol
received approval 10/24/18, got case number 12/17/18, submitted documents and paid fees 12/21/18.
NVC received everything 1/10/19, they emailed me stating I need to submit my 2017 tax and make sure it is with every page I guess soething was missing also I added my father as a household member to combine income so they needed me to submit 2017 w2 also and so I did they also need tax transcript but it seems IRS website has been down for sometime now and that's the only thing missing at this point. when I submitted my dads 2017 w2 I added a comment and wrote about the transcript and stated IRS website down etc. anyone have a similar issue where something was missing? or did anyone have something missing but they still scheudked interview? also how long after do they schedule interview? need some positive vibes please!!!!!!!!! 🙏

For some it takes few days and for some it takes a few weeks for me it took one-month cuz I by mistake uploaded my passport bio page in landscape instead of portrait. So try not to make any mistake if need any guideline I will help you. So instead of wasting time you guys should prepare your doc. Like Photo as per USA requirement. Police Character certificate etc.
HII! just wanted to know if you had ur interview yet and how it went?

Well I'm in the same boat as you. The NVC received our petition 3 weeks ago (10/30/2018). In 1 week I plan to start calling up every 3 or 4 days to see if they have my new case number. Good luck!
I had called about 2 weeks ago they gave me no case number but just told me I would receive a welcome packet in 4-8 weeks, they just said it’s in processing but that I should be assured that it was received 11/2/18

I’m US citizen Filed i130 for spouse in May, finally got Noa2 10/26/2018 now just waiting to see what happens next. Called NVC and they received petition but will not hear until 4-8 weeks just hoping others can share their timeline with dates and how long their process went and what to expect Thanks 😊😊😊

Hi , Thanks for your reply,
My case received by NVC on November 8 and I tried to ask them on the call too , they said case number isn't generated yet so they can't update address too. How I would receive Welcome packet ?? Via email or mail ?? Any idea ??
Thanks F&S2018. and good luck with your case .
Well my case was received on the 2nd of November and they weren’t able to give me a case number yet either, from what I’m aware of once you get the welcome packet and instructions to submit documents that will have the case number. I have not received anything yet but the guy told me you’ll get something in email or mail in 4-8 weeks so I’m just waiting. Maybe you should call back within a few weeks or maybe email them that’ll also help you out. Maybe we can keep each other updated lol

Hi,
i am a US citizen as well, I received my approval for I130 on 10/26/2018 and I know the letter said wait 30 days before calling cause apparently it takes that long for them to receive the petition I gave it a shot anyway and I called NVC to see if my petition was received and they said they got it 11/2/2018 but the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and when I asked him what should I expect next he told me it will take 4-8 weeks to receive a welcome packet via email or mail and I would need to then submit documents to them (tax papers, proof of income etc) and as far as changing ur address check the Nation visa center website or USCIS or maybe even give the national visa center a call.

What is the next step after NVC receives petition? I called and they received my I-130 on 11/2/18 And how long does it usually take for them to send your packet in the mail? Also, does anyone have an experience with Islamabad consulate and how long they usually take with their process once NVC sends everything over to them?

Hi 😀
I'm a US citizen, filed for my spouse may 2018 I got a letter stating it was accepted, and now oct 2018 I received another letter I-797 notice of approval and that after 30 days I can email then to ask status, I’m just curious if someone can kind of give me a timeline or breakdown of how their process went and what happens next and what or when I should be expecting things to move

Hi, I am a US citizen. I married in Feb 2018, I filed I-130 for my spouse who is in pakistan. I sent all my paperwork in April 2018 and received a letter stating everything has been accepted and will be getting sent to Potomac location. then Oct 26 I got a I-797 again but this time it was much more detailed, it stated that my paperwork is now being transferred to National Visa Center for processing for Visa and now they will contact beneficiary, it also says to allow 30 days before contacting them and it also gave their email. I am just curious to know if anyone has been through something similar and how long approximately did everything take? I am hearing so many mixed things from friends and also a relative of mine who went through something similar and she is now here with her spouse within a year so please any info would be nice lol. also, I was told by someone since i am a US citizen the "Visa Bulletin" doesn't matter for me since i am not a permanent residence(green card holder) but a us citizen
So annoyed of NVC! need some hope and some help and some advice
in National Visa Center (Dept of State)

hi guys!!! So let me give you a little run down of things....around 12/10/18 I received email from NVC that I am able to move to my next step I need to submit fees and documents etc..I went ahead and paid AOS and IV fees and around 12/14/18 once my fees were “paid” I was able to submit documents and it took NVC a few for them to let me know what’s accepted and what’s missing etc. so I believe 1/4/19 I received an email stating what else I need and what is missing so basically my spouses IV stuff was all accepted and I from my end needed to upload my w2 AGAIN and give my household member(my fathers) tax transcript and also I needed to fill out I864 instead of the ez and I’ve uploaded those and it’s been accepted 🙌🏻 Now I keep going back and fourth with them my w2 states next to it “accepted” they keep sending me messages that i need to send in every page and I’m pretty sure I’ve done that twice! It’s so frustrating I feel like I’ve been waiting forever I’ve submitted it all literally nothing is missing at this point here I am waiting another 2-3 weeks for them to review things yet again! Has anyone else had this problem? It sucks because it will obviously take them time to schedule an interview also 😭😭
