  1. Thank you very much for your clarification! I am so grateful ! You just saved me $250 for an appointment lol Thanks again 🙂
  2. Hi, Apology that I didn't complete the answer. and Thank you for coming back to me. 2. The Vaccination Documentation (Mark one) Mine was marked for ' K-Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirement.'
  3. Hi, Both I presume that I will follow this instruction from the forum. 🙂 Thank you for your support. (2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the Part 7. Vaccination Record completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you must submit Parts 1., 2., 4., and 7. of Form I-693.
  4. Thank you very much for your reply, really appreciated! Now I understood. I will contact the authorised USCIS doctor to complete the vaccination foam.
  5. Hi, Thank you for your prompt reply. Td (TDAP) and Influenza are both marked as B. Td was given on the examination day. Everything else are all marked as A. Thanks again.
  6. Hi, I am preparing for the interview next month from K1 AOS, I have a question regarding the Vaccination Record. I understood that K1 is exception for the additional medical record as long as it is within 12 months. My question is that I had all the required vaccination under the process of K1, and obtained the report. However one of the vaccination required further two boosters from the fist one I had at the K1 examination. My medical report says that 'Further Vaccination are recommended as required' I had following 2nd booster after few months in U.K (where I applied the visa), then I had third final one in U.S before applying the AOS. Therefore I have completed all the boosters. And I have all records by the nurse. I did include all the copy of the updated booster when I applied for AOS. Is this still good enough evidence to show that I have completed all the boosters? The vaccination requirement is including the completion of all the booster or first shot is good enough? Would I still need to re-do all the medical or part of medical by authorised practitioner? or maybe ask authorised practitioner to write letter based on the records to prove that I completed the whole vaccination. Your advice is much appreciated! Thank you in advance.

  9. Hi, regarding (3) I completed DS-160 in end November 2018 in order to book the interview in January 2019 (as I presume we need DS-160 number to book an interview) then I made travel to U.S to spend Christmas with my Fiancé, So I had to complete another DS-160 with new confirmation number to add the 'recent travel date to U.S'. (The most of the information filled in previous DS-160 was saved when I retried the new DS-160 form, so I only had to add this travel. thankfully) and I recently e-mailed them if I need to inform new DS-160 confirmation number prior to the interview, The instruction from the U.S embassy in London as follows 🙂 Hope this helps 🙂 You must bring a printed DS-160 confirmation page with you to your visa interview. If you are unable to retrieve your DS-160 confirmation page via https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx then you should complete and electronically submit a new version of the form. The new version will supersede the previous one. Please ensure that you print the new DS-160 confirmation page and bring it with you to your visa interview. If you have already scheduled your visa interview, you are not required to cancel or reschedule the appointment. You should advise the consular officer during the interview that your DS-160 number has changed since your interview appointment was scheduled.
  10. Thank you so much for the link, and your advice 🙂 Really appreciated.
  11. Hi, sorry I didn't explain clear. I didn't include the coming U.S trip in DS-160 as this has not been made yet, I read that I can retrieve the application under the saved current ones if it is within 30days, but if it passes more than 30days, I presume that I need to create new one. In order to update the coming trip onto DS-160 after I come back from U.S, it passes 30 days. Sorry bit complicated.. or maybe I am over thinking...! Your advice is much appreciated 🙂 Thank you in advance.
  12. Hi, If anyone could help me here again it is much appreciated 🙂 Sorry I am bit nervous for all these process...! I completed and submitted the DS-160 form as I would like to book an interview for January. but I will be travelling to U.S from 8th - 27th DEC (Arriving back home in UK on 29th) to spend time with my Fiancé over Christmas.. (can't wait!!!) Can I book an interview with current DS-160 Number, but as it will be over 30days rules to retrieve the application by the time I am back from U.S I presume that I would need to complete new DS-160. In this case, How do you update the new DS-160 number with embassy prior to the interview? (If so how long before the interview I should complete the new DS-160?) Thanks again for your help.. The packet is in transit today (yaaaaay!)
  13. Hoping everything goes well for you both. Yes, she might had a bad day, hope she understand and be more supportive. Really fingers crossed! I've seen the price list in my GP, they seem to charge similar price, it is GBP25.00. Some GP seems more generous!
  14. Hi, Thank you for your advice, Yes you are right, I will call up the GP tomorrow to ask again as this seems definitely a requirement. No ifs or buts. Thanks 🙂
  15. Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience, It is frustrating..for sure. I find it so difficult too... Would you be rescheduling the interview?
