Biometrics comes out of an ASC so may not be your local field office. The infopass should get you information, and perhaps they will do the biometrics while you are there.
The only number is the one that you have, also known as the mis-information line.

It's been 44 days since CSC received my application and issued my NOA but I still haven't gotten my biometrics letter.
I scheduled an infopass appointment for June 22 (that was the earliest appointment I could get!) but don't want to wait that long to check on the status of my case.
On the USCIS website I came across the phone number for the National Customer Service Center but it says that they cannot give you any information regarding the status of your case over the phone. Does someone have a different number I could call?

It took VSC about a month and a half to send my husband the biometric appointment notice. If it has been past 30 days you can call USCIS and they can put in a service request for you.

I'm waiting for my biometrics notice too. It has been 43 days since CSC received my application. I will give them a call on day 45.

I'm in the same boat. I'm also waiting for my biometrics notice. I submitted my ROC application in late April, received my NOA about a couple of weeks later but haven't gotten my bio notice yet...
