And I won't be needing the infopass after all. Just received my card in the mail!
Congrats!!

Maybe they haven't entered our application numbers into their system yet...

(by the way the receipt number on your NOA is just an internal number and cannot be used to check your case status online)
Really? That has changed, then, since we did AOS 2 years ago (and from the K1, etc).
During the AOS process I also used my NOA receipt number to check my status online but for ROC things are different. Down at the bottom of my ROC NOA it says "Upon receipt of your ASC appointment notice, you can find the status of your case online..."

Yay thanks guys!
Now another issue....I have TWO receipt numbers but neither works on online search, and that sucks cause I wanna check on it and stuff - any idea as to why?!
The application number that's listed on my biometrics notice doesn't work either and I can't check my status online

I filed on May 11, 2009. No biometric appoinment yet.
I'm waiting now, if it's over 60days without appointment letter, I will do an info-pass.
It seems that there are a lot of people has late biometric appointment.
I wouldn't wait that long. I called on day 45 and put in a service request. 4 days later my bio notice was issued. Good luck!

I did use the application number on my biometrics notice to check my status online but it doesn't work...

Yes, your parents can write the affidavits. We submitted one written by a friend and another one written by a family member. You could also ask a neighbor or a co-worker. Hope this helps.
Thanks again for the info Silke!
Just thought of another question, hopefully someone can help. For removing conditions, do you have to submit a passport-style picture like you did with the adjustment of status?
Thanks in advance for the help!
If you are filing from within the US, no passport-style pictures are needed for removal of conditions.

Hello Folks ,
First of all, I wish you all good luck
with your immigration process. Now to my question, I filed my I751 application on May 15th and the application was received on May 18th at CSC. I received the NOA (processed May 18th) on May 24th. When should I receive my notice for Biometrics. It has been a month since I applied, so I am a little concerned about not receiving the biometrics appointment letter yet.
Please advise if my concerns are normal.
Maan
Same time, received NOA1 on May, 21, and no biometric yet. Also my WAC-number is not working, as it says it's not a valid number?
I encountered the same problem when I wanted to check my status online

Hi! Good to see you again. If your conditional green card expires on 09/29/2009, your 90 day window opens on 07/01/2009. You can file anytime during those 90 days but don't file before 07/01/2009 (if you do they will return your application and you will have to re-submit it). Good luck! Silke

I finally received my biometrics notice in the mail today! I'm actually considering doing a walk-in since my appointment is still 3 weeks away. I hope those who are still waiting will receive their bio notices soon too!

I'm still waiting for my biometrics notice as well (CSC received my application 49 days ago!!)...I called the National Customer Service Center ( 1-800-375-5283 ) last Friday and put in a service request. I also scheduled an infopass appointment for this coming Monday...
Good luck!
49 days!!! Something is going on with them. Are they upgrading their fingerprint machine together with the card production machine?

I have been following this thread even though I filed in late April.
It's been 52 days since CSC received my application and issued my NOA and I still haven't gotten my biometrics notice. I have an infopass appointment this coming Monday so hopefully that will get things moving...
