    Hi. I had to call twice. The first person told me not to worry since there were still 141 days left for a response. I was not satisfied with that answer and called back a second time, this time the a different operator said that since it had been more than 30 days I could put a Service request, which I did. I am supposed to get an answer either via email or regular mail. I will keep you posted. Thanks.

    I'm glad they put in a service request for you. After my service request, it took 4 days for them to issue my biometrics notice. I hope you will hear something soon!

    I received the card production email today! I don't know my actual date of approval since I haven't received my approval notice yet but I will keep you updated.

    Had my biometrics appointment today. The two people working there (the guy doing the biometrics and the woman checking everyone in) were clearly in the middle of a blazing row (involving much yelling at each other, storming off and door-slamming!), so the 5 or 6 of us who were in the waiting room were shuffling around awkwardly giving each other "uh-oh!" looks. :unsure: Biometrics guy was very nice to me, though, and I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes.

    Nothing else to report, but thought I'd post to bump the thread! :)

    Are any April filers at CSC still waiting? I was hoping to see some action on my case after I completed my biometrics but nothing so far. Lately I have seen a lot of CSC filers getting approved just days after their biometrics but unfortunately, it doesn't look like I'm one of them. I know there are people out there who have been waiting a whole lot longer than me so please don't get me wrong; I'm just curious.

    Congrats to everyone who got approved already!!
