Hi Angela thank you so much for the response, I will be looking out for the email. Now I know what to expect🙂. I will let my Hubby know. I've been to Jamaica so many times now, this last visit I was so mistreated by Jamaican customs makes me not want to go back for a while if my husband wasn't Jamaican I would consider going elsewhere.... 😟😣

Yes!!! It has been issued. I registered with a courier service but have not yet been contacted I have no tracking #. Any advice what to do next??

Evening,
If has been over 48 hours, email them again. You should get a response. It may be only to say they received your email. Check your status. It was in early 2017 but our status updated to ready, then 2 days later to issued.

AP means it’s under review. Don’t think NVC can help if your case is at the embassy. What was the auto reply? I’ve seen other ppl say they’ve emailed and got a response. Hopefully one of them will chime in. Scroll through the portal and try to reach out to someone else who has made contact with the embassy.
