Dee & Will got a reaction from BiAdam in Help regarding AOS/EAD/AP
My husband and I are finally looking at filing for AOS/EAD/AP. However, I have some questions and need guidance. When applying for them I have heard you need to treat them as separate aka need to attach documents to each form. Does the marriage certificate need to be a copy or actual certificates? What else should be submitted along side the whole package ? A thorough answer would be appreciated.

As far as I know after you get approved for K1 your ceac changes to NON immigrant before issuing your visa. So you’re good to go!

Absolutely. Once your case reaches NVC you gotta call them after atleast 10 days for your case number. Once you do get it you can check your status on CEAC to see how your case is moving.

I said yes because they been known each other for about nine years and is only two years and four months she did not pay him a visit , may be due to financial reasons or whatever , But they are still talking as couples  and do get a lot of things going on between them .
He did not said they are separated or having problems between them .

she can not file, you must meet that requirements. and having not seen each other in 2 years and 4 months will result in a denial

When the relationship is 4 years long or so naturally the amount of visits made should probably reflect that too. How many vists have you made ? I don’t see why they wouldn’t approve a solid long relationship. I hope you’re approved soon!!
P.S I’ll be interviewing at the Mumbai embassy too.

Dee & Will got a reaction from Kyle&Ana in Tips and Pointers for a relatively fast relationship, we met on OKC.
My fiancé and I met on OKC. I hope it doesn’t trigger suspicion about it being an IMB but we have still contacted the OKC support regarding it and they have stated that they aren’t. Besides that, my fiancé and I are 7 months into the relationship where we have met once for a week and we are meeting for the second time next month after which we shall be applying for our K1 Visa because by then we would have more pictures/ proof and a ring. We are very much in love and we could not be more sure of our decision but we’re just worried if what we have is enough. Kindly let us know

Honestly, I wouldn't show it. There's a LOT of posts on VJ about people who showed their ring (and also photos from engagement ceremonies, etc) that were denied because they were considered too married.

Passport stamps and pictures together are some of the best evidence you can have. Have a look at those guides that I posted to you, and I'll see if I can get some more people from India to chime in on their experiences.
