You can’t send it until you’ve passed 90 days. But if you reach that point without the status changing then it’s here - https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/ndc Photo appointment was about 4 weeks, card was then in production the next day so maybe 6 weeks overall.
Just checking, but you are aware that your endorsed visa acts as your green card for the first year? So there’s no urgency for the physical card?

If the stamped visa on the passport does act as your greencard for 1 year, then what is the expiration of that visa stamp?
Is it the same as "Expires On" date noted but the year is just extended out? So for example, if the current date on the visa stamp shows, Feb. 28 2025, then that visa stamp is valid for another year Feb. 28 2026?
Thanks.

Now that the fee has been paid, what is a realistic time-frame that the physical green card will come in mail?

Thank you everyone for the quick responses.
I finally saw the paper that was given after the visa interview that was given to my parents.
Something which i did not read.

Step 12 on the link above -
What do I need to do before I travel?
You must pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you receive your immigrant visa and before you travel to the United States. Only children who enter the United States under the Orphan or Hague adoption programs, Iraqi and Afghan special immigrants, returning residents (SB-1s), and those issued K visas are exempt from this fee. Please visit the USCIS website for more information and to pay the fee.
Please Note: USCIS will not issue a Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551 or Green Card) until you have paid the fee.
So this fee is separate from the 2 fees (AOS $120 and IV $325 fee) I paid on www.ceac.state.gov website?
Also, I do not recall paying for this fee when my spouse immigrated back in 2018.
Is this a new fee?

Up to 90 days after they enter the US, or pay the fee, whichever is later. But it usually comes after about 6 weeks.
Yes, the green card fee. They’re now at step 12 on the usual website, follow the instructions there if they haven’t paid it already - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-10-prepare-for-the-interview/step-12-after-the-interview.html
Thank you for the response.
Where does it say i have to pay the fee?
I went to the link provided above and in step 12, no such fee is mentioned.
No fee request or anything in mail has come.
Only 1 parent so far has gotten a social security in mail, the other parent has not.

I am a US Citizen and my parents have entered US on their IR5 visa stamped in passport.
Question 1: When will they get their physical green card in mail?
Question 2: Is there a fee one has to pay to receive the card in mail?
I have not come across any information and unable to get anything from USCIS online site.
Thank You

I filed for removal of condition (i-751) at my local office in September 2020, the case was transferred to NBC Center in December 2020.
Does anyone know how long it takes to process this type of case at NBC (National Benefits Center)?
The USCIS processing webpage does not have NBC for processing i-751.
Thank You

My i-751 was filed in September 2020 and received NOA with the extension of 18 months.
What is the estimated processing time for this particular application?
Service center for my case is in Texas.
Thank You

I'm also an October filer, I'm planning to send my package on October 13th. I finished preparing my package with the increased fee, but I keep checking the news everyday to see if either the I-751 form changes before I send it or the filing fees change (as we just heard from yesterday, that a judge halted the increased fees). If the judge actually halts the fees increase but USCIS rejects it or ignores it, I'm not sure about the check amount we should be sending them. I'd rather pay the increased amount and not get my application rejected to be honest...
I would send the fees as stated on the website.

No, for the I-751 your spouse is both the petitioner and the beneficiary.
You are correct

They been making mistakes like that. USICS sent me the I-797 NOC for the I-130 application. The NOA states that the "beneficiary is in the United States and wishes to adjust status" which in incorrect. My husband lives in Mexico and the application (filled out by our attorney) was done correctly. USCIS made that error in March 2020 and I'm still getting to get it fixed. Since they said my husband is in the US they didn't transfer the file to NVC, so the file has been sitting somewhere for more than 6 months. Im soo frustrated.
Good Luck!
Your response is incorrect.

Today my spouse received the i-797 NOTICE OF ACTION from USCIS for i-751 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE
I noticed under the Petitioner and Beneficiary, it is same name.
Shouldn't the petitioner be me? and the beneficiary my spouse?
Thank You
