Our kept moving up as well and we actually got our approval a whole month before the estimated date on VJ. Now we are stuck at NVC but hoping to make the shipment to the embassy on April 2nd!

It will be sent to the petitioners address. I signed up for the text/email notification but still have never received any update on our approval. Our NOA2 approval just showed up in my mailbox on Valentine's day. Both websites still show "your case received" for our file so I don't think they are updating all the cases online.
