let me be hnest here... i think its good you have got straight away refusal... yet you dont know the bullshit adminstrative processing thing.  

i have been through same situation  in same visa K1... but lil bit difference... consular officer was nice... kind.. and good  she kept my passport and gave me 221g paper... they kept my passport for 3.5 months and then refused and case sent back to nvc.

i was unable to satisfy her why my parents are not going with me to usa to attend my marriage.

Though you are refused but consular officer technically saved you from putting you in black hole..(administratrive procesing).

if i would have been your lawyer or adviser i wont let u apply K1. especially in your case where you are divorcee with one daughter.

Get marry and apply Spouse visa.

My friends family got this visa after 3yrs of staying in AP.  

its mean they are working on your case. on of my friend got spouse visa after 3 months of staying in AP. 

relax boy.

those times are gone when you took passport to Consular window and they said you are getting it back within 3 days.

If they are not replying you and your online case status is refused but they still have your passport it will be refused sooner or later. 

3 days after ceac status changed to Returned to NVC.

The petitioner will receive email from ustravel documents about passport delivery.

Hey. I got the same paper. They kept my passport. But after 3.5 months my online status changed to refused n returned my passport. 

I got refused status on ceac on 25 October 2018.

Don't worry. If they said you approved then nothing to be worried about. You'll get it soon.within 2 to 3 months. 

No. I Don't know how it get changed. I always checked status on ceac in immigrants section.
