We never got the reason for k1 denial.

read your comments here and seems you have sound info of mandamus. 
I’ve a case. 
I went to an interview in Oct  2020. They approved it. And gave me approval paper.  CO told passport will be delivered in 3 weeks. 
then case stuck.

It was ready before and after interview for almost 6 months  till May 2021. 
then we filed mandamus. 
after 4 weeks. They changed it to refused.

after 6 weeks on June 30 got re medical email stating glad to  inform you office is ready for further processing. Send us updated medical. 
I sent on 6 July 2020 That’s 7 week of mandamus. 
At 8th week of mandamus 60th day on 12 July defendants file motion to dismiss the lawsuit. 
thats it. Stating 6 months delay is reasonable. 
now waiting. 
lawyer said he Gona file opposition to defendants motion to dismiss after 2 weeks. 
what’s your point of view???

previously  I have denied k1 visa in Sept 2018.

Yes. This is now common. 
since pandemic has badly hit the workforce. 
I’ve seen many multiple cases who received extension. Even one applicant received 2 times extension and then visa. 
all applicants with extension got the visas. 

it takes 3 to 4 weeks from this email to visa issued.

Right now people who got Approved in June July are getting interviews in May. 
your son in law has to wait 3 to 4 months more. 
Hopefully he’ll get his date soon. 

How did u made mandamus?? Through a lawyer or simply filing form ??
how much it costs you?? 

I know a case where they called beneficiary first. And after a week sent new medical email. 
So it’s highly probable you are going to be asked to provide nee medical after your interview. 

Did you have any red flag??

how many times you met before filing Spouse petition. And how many times met after wedding ?

consular officer approved it and gave approval paper. 
but they haven’t issue visa so far. 
case status is Ready since then. 
Date updates several times. 
inquiry reply. Administration processing going on 

but that document clearly saying you’ve met all the requirements for visa approval. 
what’s the matter ?

Just wait 3 weeks. You’ll get visa. 

You must have Nadra issued birth certificate. Union council Also issues this  document. 
go to union council. Ask them you need computerised certificate. 
I beleive you didn’t have computerised. 

Have u got visa ??? And when?

If 2 weeks have passed you should send them inquiry and told them you have been told about 2 weeks for passport receiving.
