    Hi gigi,

What does your status say on the USCIS website? Did you create an account to track your case status? It usually give you a date and explanation of actions taken on your case, maybe it’ll give you more timestamp details than the letters.
  2. Thanks

Haiti is one of the 13 Uscis field office the trump Administration will be closing but they will still process tourist visas, business visas and green card applications as of yet hope this helps

If you already filed this will not bother your case. What I mean by state side if I was living in Haiti with my husband I wouldn't be able to file now DCF and go to the immigration office. I would have to file to the address here in the USA. So all the people who lives in Haiti can no longer file DCF they will have to now go the long haul like everyone else now and wait the Linda months not the short months

wowwww.....  It must have been very stressful. You can never know what these people will say, even when your relationship is real they still doubt it and go on to find reason to dinied you for no reason after spending all of that money.

In my personal experience I apply for k1 visa in may 2011, my petition was approved by uscis in December 28 of 2011 but i didn't know that, when I figure that out it was to late, I married my ex-husband on December 30, 2011. then, interview can on February but they denied us by saying that our relationship was not real. (I never tell them that we were already married). I fly back to US and filled a new I-130 for ex-husband on march 10 of 2012. He was approved by July of 2012. He's new interview tock place in October of 2012. We got a extensive questioning by officers, we have to come back next day for interview again. We're placed in the department of investigation and fraud and they make us a set of very intimate questions together and separate. By the end of the date they call us back in to see the officer and he tells us that petition was approved and they will take care removing the k1 that was denied. Ex-husband came to US in October of 2012 . About February or march 2013 I get on the mail a receipt saying about the cancellation of k1.

sounds like they dont believe its a bonafide relationship. You will have to overcome that even with filing a CR1. Really, even MORE so with a CR1.

the K1 will die on its own, just make sure you include the pertinent info in the CR1 application (it will ask if you have applied for previous visas, im pretty sure).

You can do it at the same time (right after marriage). Include a letter requesting to cancel the K-1 when you submit the I-130 packet. Sample statement:
They probably won't confirm it in writing; it's just a formality on your part.

Yes.... I know they're trying to make sure our relationships are of true nature but now we're the innocent ones paying for it cause too many people lied to them before. But we  know our fiance means the world to us so we'll wait for when they decided to liberate our baby to come to us....

Yes,so they did not properly look over our documents at the interview,so they missed my divorce decree, and we recieved a(forgot what its called) His interview was on May 15th a Tues I think. And we send the same document back the next day on the 15th, we changed to AP say day of interview. They received our document that Thursday but the office was closed on fri the 18th. I can back home on Wednesday the 23rd. Still Ap. On Thursday 24 status changed to ready then back to AP then today again ad back to ap then Fri 25th I believe it went ready again. And my husband spent time with his family over the weekend, and packed on Monday, then Tuesday the 29th he traveled to Port au Prince go there late,so picked up his Passport on Wednesday 30th. Paid for his ticket and he went to a hotel and left on June 1st AMD got home same day. We were in AP a little over 1 week

Yes me too.... I'm very scared, cause with those people we never know what they'll say next. All my papers was true and I provided them with all the info I know they asked of me and there was no error. So it was really shocking to me when he said they gave him a 221g white paper. I thought that it was a denial until i asked him to sent me a pic of it. And he also told me they ask him for other info i was like what kind of more could they possibly want.... Mmmm God is good I prying to God all works out great for us with no more problems

Sorry to hear that.... The same thing kind of happened to my finance too, today he went for his interview everything went great except they said they want our conversation from before 2017. They gave him that same paper too and told him to bring the evidences they asked of with his passport to DHL when he's ready. Unfortunately, you just have to keep checking back. The embassy releases interview times in batches so you'll 2 - 4 weeks open up at once. However, you can get lucky and grab someone's cancelled slot in the near term.
