    I know it dosen't make sense to do both. As the case is my wifes eligibility for applying for N-400 and the window for renewing her 10year green card fall in the same month. She wants to do both solely for the reason because she does NOT want to be without a Valid Green Card. Has anyone done this? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

    I never heard of this 90 day window? My wife is IF1 Category. And will have the required time rule as per USCIS this July

    I “think” don't quote me but I believe the spouse of a Military person will be prioritized. Thanks for all the info!

    Good to know. Glad it was only 5 months for your wife. Hopefully it will be the same for my Wife here in Idaho.

    Thanks, as Dashinka said, it goes to the local office, which I did not know. I thought it went to 1 central location. Thats good news because I'm in Idaho and thinking the timeline wont be too long. Thanks for your reply!

    Just a question. Is filing a N-400 Online a shorter or faster process than mailing the paper N-400?
