..ok.. from.a.logic point of view ..a phone call or even an email should be answered in a timely manner (not an automated Q/A reply).. how come I hear that everyone cannot get a hold of the consulate in casablanca ,not by phone nor by email..how can someone follow up on a status of their case after 2 .3 or even 6 months after the case is transfered from nvc , if majority of ppl cannot talk to somebody or know what is going on regarding their case ,there should be a better communication system ,because this one ain't working !!
